direct reports accountable and developing team members. Led numerous department improvements that
positively impacted Safety, Productivity, and Quality. Improvement put IND1 Singles Dept at top spot in
NAFC network for overall rate. Part of OB team that broke worldwide ship record with 5.5 million units
