• We can see the price of our body liver ( $137.000)
• It pretty close to the price of the kidneys
But there is a different:
• You have 2 kidneys a you can sell 1 of it it and live
on for while with a really healthy lifestyle
• But you only have 1 liver and you while definitely
die after selling it
But why our liver cost so much, why without it
we can’t stay a life and what it do anyway ?

To sum up the first part:
Liver is really important for us to live normal. It is the most important part in our
defending system. Without it of if it has any defect, we will live like this:

Part 2 Fatty Liver
Part 2: Fatty Liver- Types
2 type of fatty liver:
Type 1: Fatty liver cause by
over consumption of alcohol
Type 2 Fatty live cause by
other factor
Part 2: Fatty Liver- Stages
3 stage of fatty liver:
1st stage: fat inside liver
occupied 5-10%
2nd stage: fat inside liver
occupied 10-20%
3rd stage: fat inside liver
occupied > 30% - dangerous
stage fatty liver can transform
into other type of liver problem
Part 2: Fatty Liver- Symptom
1st stage:
- there is no obvious
symptom in this
stage.
- Hard to detect. Can
only be detected by
regular health check
up
3rd stage:
- can clearly see the fatty
tissue in the liver increase
rapidly
- typical manifestations of
liver disease such as pain
in the right lower
quadrant, jaundice,
yellow eyes, angiomas
appearing on the skin,
loss of appetite, fatigue,
rapid weight loss
2nd stage:
- have more obvious symptom
such as: lose appetite,
indigestion, bloating, boredom
and frequent fatigue
- experience discomfort or pain
in the upper right side of your
abdomen.

For me:
- Fatty liver is not a problem, it
more like an alarm to indicate
our health
So, in order to cure or prevent it
- We should have a health check
regularly
- Have daily exercise
- Have a good and balance diet
Part 3: Diet – What you should eat
- You should have a diet that help
reduced the fat in your liver:
- This include healthy fats, antioxidant &
complex carbohydrate
- Healthy fats from nuts, avocadoes, etc.
- For complex carbohydrate: including
whole grain, vegetable, fruits
- Antioxidant such as vitamin C, E, etc.
You can get it from fruit and vegetable
sources
Part 3: Diet – What you shouldn’t eat
- Try to stay away from food that
have added sugar, salt
- fried food & alcohol should be
avoided completely
- Try not to consume red meat and
replace with lean meat
- Lower the consumption of refined
carb such as refined grain
Part 4: Building menu for a
day
Part 4: building diet for a day -Guideline
Building a diet for person whose have fatty liver problem guideline:
 Do not eat hot food
 Eat food with a lot of fiber:
 Eat lightly
 Avoid alcohol and sugar added food ( intrinsic sugar is allow)
 Increase in the amount of anti oxidant absorb
-> Finally, this guideline can also be applied for a healthy diet

Breakfast
2 Bananas
225g Yogurt
15g Walnut
236 Kcal
Lunch Mix bean salad 240 Kcal
Dinner Salmon with
potatoes and
corn salad
479 Kcal

Part 4: building diet for a day - Menu
- During the day you can snack on fruits like
apple, pear, orange, grapefruit.
- Recommend to eat more vegetable than
necessary to fill your stomach
- Do not overeat
- Try to exercise 20 -30 minutes a day
