quadrant, jaundice,
yellow eyes, angiomas
appearing on the skin,
loss of appetite, fatigue,
rapid weight loss
2nd stage:
- have more obvious symptom
such as: lose appetite,
indigestion, bloating, boredom
and frequent fatigue
- experience discomfort or pain
in the upper right side of your
abdomen.

For me:
- Fatty liver is not a problem, it
more like an alarm to indicate
our health
So, in order to cure or prevent it
- We should have a health check
regularly
- Have daily exercise
- Have a good and balance diet

- You should have a diet that help
reduced the fat in your liver:
- This include healthy fats, antioxidant &
complex carbohydrate
- Healthy fats from nuts, avocadoes, etc.
- For complex carbohydrate: including
whole grain, vegetable, fruits
- Antioxidant such as vitamin C, E, etc.
You can get it from fruit and vegetable
sources

- Try to stay away from food that
have added sugar, salt
- fried food & alcohol should be
avoided completely
- Try not to consume red meat and
replace with lean meat
- Lower the consumption of refined
carb such as refined grain

Building a diet for person whose have fatty liver problem guideline:
Do not eat hot food
Eat food with a lot of fiber:
Eat lightly
Avoid alcohol and sugar added food ( intrinsic sugar is allow)
Increase in the amount of anti oxidant absorb
-> Finally, this guideline can also be applied for a healthy diet

- During the day you can snack on fruits like
apple, pear, orange, grapefruit.
- Recommend to eat more vegetable than
necessary to fill your stomach
- Do not overeat
- Try to exercise 20 -30 minutes a day
