1. Why salted codfish helps the brain
Studies have shown that a portion of a diet in Omega 3 oily acids has a
good effect on the learning difficulties of young people. The reason for
this is that much of the brain consists of fat, found in abundance in the
omega 3 oily acids DHA and EPA.
Omega 3 oily acids allow the brain cells to connect more easily with each
other. As all processes in your brain are electrical impulses, the number of
points of contact will influence the mind.
Your brain cells are exposed to less harmful processes because the
antioxidants in seafood ensure that brain fat does not rust or become
rancid (decreasing the effective contact points of your brain).
Salted codfish also helps our body muscles as it contains vitamin E which
helps avoiding muscle weakness.
