Set up of the Food and Beverage Department, setting standards - service standards, setup standards,
policies, budgeting, hiring, staffing, menus, theme restaurants, equipment, operational manuals,
promotions, theme events etc.,
Daily follow-up and overseeing the department daily business in terms of set up, staffing, service,
cleanliness, etc.
Conducting in-house training and seminars for staff, and delegating same to staff in need of such
