v Train and manage kitchen personnel’s and supervise/ coordinate all related culinary activities.
v Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchased food
v Select and develop the recipes
v Plan and price the menu.
v Standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality.
v Establish presentation technique and quality standard.
v Ensure proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen.
v Ensure to increase the food and beverage sale of the hotel.
v Managing and planning the event of catering. To ensure all guest will be satisfied on their events.

v Responsible for planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen.
v Supervising other kitchen staffs, as well as keeping eye out for the problems that arise in the kitchen
And seizing control of a situation at a moment notice.
v Taking in-charge of training the new employees and creating schedule to ensure adequate manning for
the kitchen.
v Responsible for arranging the tickets and ordering food preparation so that customers receive food in
the order it should be sent out.
