•Due to the pandemic we are forced to depend on online training because
training is necessary for the employees
•So nowadays employee training program are organizing online
•The online training program is designed in such a way that keeps the employees
engaged; where practical knowledge is difficult but various websites and videos
can be used to made the task easy

3. PROGRAM DESIGN
•Identify the weak areas of employees where online training would benefit the
organization. for ex. If organization need soft skills like time management,
conflict resolution, general companies policies, how to use machineries etc.; so
organization have to determine this type of design in training program
•Divide training into small modules, which apply to specific, real world job
duties
•Check for continuity; good training course covers all the steps to be learned in
logical order
•Create presentations; if company has already existing presentations use to it for
work
•Add videos and some animations into the content so the employees don’t get
tired/bored of every slide having text only
•Arrange practices runs of the program; select few people who will tell you is
this the perfect program or anything wrong in it.

5. EVALUATION
•We have discussed in earlier 3 stages that the appropriate training and proper
practices has been provided so the employees feel comfortable and they learned
all the aspect which they need to learn through online mood
•At the initial phase employees will be supervised and evaluated by other staff
members.
•Get feedback from employees; online training program is not effective if
employee find it hard to use.
•Update the training program as per the employees need
•Review online quiz results to see how much knowledge employee has gained
