Sale Letter be issued to the successful bidder on payment of entire bid amount.
 Mobilising compromise proposal to settle the dues, OTS may with Borrower/Guarantor or
even with the third-party/investor/purchase who ready to lend them.
 Contesting the cases under the SARFAESI Act, 2002, the RDDBFI Act, 1993, SICA (Act),
