 Oversee all collection aspects for accounts receivable portfolio. Managing and ensuring the technical evaluation and disbursement with
stipulated TAT.
 Lead Collections team and processes for portfolios resulting in the optimal receivables performance through day-to-day leadership and
direction to Collection Leaders and review and analysis of all department KPI.
 Ensure proper succession planning, implement reviews on collections performance, develop and implement strategic collections operating
plans and optimize program operations (structure, processes, and tools).

 Managing and monitoring delinquent accounts collection and establishing terms of payment as well as handling vendor management.
 Administering bad debts provisions and losses within agreed budget by development of strategies and system to make most effective use of
available resources.
