This document outlines 9Ps and 1I that are important for success in the early years of a corporate career. The 9Ps are: Plan, Persistence, Position, Precaution, Public Relations, Personality, Participation, Productivity, and Persuasiveness. The 1I is Knowledge. Each P is defined with examples of how to develop it, such as setting goals for Plan, persevering through challenges for Persistence, building networks for Public Relations, and being a hard worker for Productivity. Developing these attributes through commitment and effort is advocated as key to advancing in a corporate environment.
