STORY

10. In today's business environment,
the role of a CEO has evolved
into that of a transformational
agent. As the world around us
changes rapidly, CEOs must lead
their organizations in adapting
to new challenges and
opportunities. They must be
visionary leaders who can inspire
their teams to embrace change
and drive innovation.
I

11. CEOs must also be adept at identifying and implementing
new technologies and business models that can drive
growth and competitiveness. They must have a deep
understanding of their industry, as well as the broader
economic and societal trends that impact it.
Kevin MacRitchie is a magnetic executive leader who
possesses vast knowledge of leading sales and operations.
He acts as a catalyst for business growth and
transformation, talent nurturing, and exploration of new
markets. He has an outstanding record of steering cross-
functional teams, creating innovative business solutions
and services, enhancing productivity, fostering
responsibility, engaging employees, and achieving
substantial revenue growth. He is also a pioneer in
developing service ecosystems.
Way to Joining Executive League
Kevin MacRitchie joined the project as a pioneering early
adopter and concentrated on how technology would help
improve a company's operational efficiencies at the
University of Toledo. Together with improving the
organization from within and changing market dynamics,
he also focused on how the marriage of IT and ISOM
would foster new understanding. Through computer
programming and technologically operational problem-
solving, this program includes advanced courses in
arithmetic, statistics, economics, and logical reasoning.
Kevin was given assistance from Professor Joe Sass at the
university to begin as an intern in a program where he
applied his education and managed the introduction of
new technologies and hardware and software systems.
Kevin spent eight years working for a large mainframe
corporation that started embracing distributed computing.
Eventually, Cisco Systems hired him to architect
transformations for client networks. He served in a variety
of capacities and industries at Cisco, where he was the
youngest employee ever promoted to vice president.
Kevin joined Tactical Rehabilitation as COO in 2020 after
working at Cisco for a while. After then, because to his
considerable knowledge of operational excellence in the
healthcare and IT industries, he was appointed CEO in
2022.
Kevin emphasizes that leaders
should never stop learning. He
makes it a point to work
together with members of the
team at all levels, getting their
perspectives on various
aspects of the business, taking
feedback into account, and
comprehending the current
climate or culture within the
organization, as well as with
partners and vendors. He
makes an effort to recognize
each team member's potential
and uses that potential to
strengthen the team in
tandem with the health of the
company.
Collaboration with
the Team
Tactical Rehabilitation
Tactical Rehabilitation is a full-service DME
provider whose aim is to help those who serve the
country. It offers active-duty military personnel,
veterans, and their families the best products and
services available. David Marr developed Tactical
Rehabilitation as a result of his disgusting
frustration with the deplorable lack of high-

providers to see patients has
been one of the biggest
developments in healthcare
that he has witnessed. He
feels the company's
healthcare systems already
had the issue of patient
overload and understaffing,
which has exacerbated by
COVID. "We have strived to
make operational
improvements so that our
patients never feel as though
they can't get an
appointment with us in a
reasonable amount of time"
he claimed.
Kevin and his company have
achieved this by maximizing
their technological
efficiencies, from scheduling
software to electronic
medical records systems, so
that their energies are
focused on the patient rather
than the minute details of
paperwork and antiquated
intake processes.

to the healthcare systems that these heroes
deserved. Due to the use of service

are:
Ÿ Patient care to die for, because
they would die for us.
Ÿ Profound level of respect for
one another
Ÿ Make a positive difference in
the lives of employees, patients,
and providers.
Ahead in the Competition
Tactical Rehabilitation has attracted
the attention of other service
providers in the sector not just
because of their reputation for
offering exceptional customer
service, but also because they
consistently raise the bar for their
product line. The greatest non-
pharmaceutical biomechanics and
pain management treatments are
provided by Tactical Rehabilitation
to active-duty soldiers, their
families, and retirees through the
Department of Defense and TriCare
programs. They have also formed
some incredible alliances that will
enable them to create and offer a
wider range of solutions while
upholding the bar for quality.
Tactical Rehabilitation maintains
relationships with both patients and
providers to keep them informed of
the most pressing requirements and
to guarantee that the products they
offer are of the greatest caliber and
durability. The partnerships with
the network payors and prescribers
are supported by the dedication to
offering the best services and
solutions to the patients.
As a CEO
Kevin's responsibility as CEO is to
sustain the company's health so that
they can carry out their mission
every day for many years to come.
Building strong relationships,
developing team leaders, and
making decisions that take into
account not only the company's
current needs but also their overall
long-term effects are all necessary
for achieving success. "I am one
piece of the puzzle, but I must
bring all the other pieces together
collaboratively to complete the
final picture, and that final picture
is ever-changing and shifting as the
industry does," he adds.
Reading all of the evaluations that
their clients leave on their website
and on Google has got to be
Kevin's favorite part of his daily
routine. It is remarkable to observe
the good difference they are making
in each client's quality of life and
the impression they are also
making on them.
“Of course, my team is amazing,
and it is both my honor to serve the
US military and be of service to my
staff, and every member, of Tactical
Rehabilitation.” Kevin says.
Making a Difference
Kevin believes that at Tactical
Rehabilitation, they don't work to
make money; they work to make a
difference and seek applicants who
are dedicated to that same goal, not
just looking for a pay check. He
considers the selection of a
potential new hire to be
significantly influenced by skill sets
and experience, but what actually
distinguishes candidates is whether
or not they share the same passion
for the company's mission and
vision.
Kevin holds the belief that every
member of his team has the
capacity to positively impact the
lives of the patients they cater to,
who are predominantly active-duty
United States Military personnel,
veterans, and their families. He
thinks that it's challenging to not
share the zeal and determination to
provide service to clients when
surrounded by a team of
individuals who share the same
level of dedication.
Future Chart
Kevin and the team are working
with facilities all over the world to
inform providers about the broad
range of products and services they
can choose from. Only the
invitation to extend the services
limits their accessibility to
healthcare professionals and
patients. Kevin ensures that every
effort will be made to guarantee
that every patient within their
service area receives high-quality
care.

16. Delivering Tangible Results and Great
Customer Service Through a Wide Range of
Digital Marketing Services
Ben Foster
CEO | The SEO Works
16 | JULY 2023
17. Ben Foster, CEO of The SEO Works, found
his way into the digital industry through a
combination of interest and opportunity.
As a young computer enthusiast, he
gravitated towards the hands-on aspect of
media creation during his university
studies. This led to a web design role,
thanks to a successful final year project.
Over time, he honed his skills in creating
user journeys, optimizing e-commerce
flows, and measuring the impact of his
designs, always keeping a strong focus on
driving commercial outcomes through
clear calls to action. He shares, "This
experience then broadened out into
marketing and thinking about how to get
people to your site in the first place."
After his web design role, Ben moved on
to work at a marketing agency, where he
sharpened his skills in account
management, project management,
strategy, and leadership. Working at an
agency exposed him to diverse business
problems and a wide range of clients. He
later took on the challenge of running a
digital health business and was successful
in growing the online platform from 2
million to over 30 million monthly unique
visitors. His team also introduced the UK's
first appointment booking app. When the
chance arose to lead The SEO Works, Ben
saw it as a perfect opportunity to utilize
his extensive knowledge and experience
to help clients maximize their digital
potential. He has now been with the
company for over seven years, and the
experience has been phenomenal.
The Leader
Today, SEO is important because it aids
companies in expanding their visibility
and audience on search engines like
Google. A company can raise its position in the
search engine results pages (SERPs) for
pertinent keywords by optimizing the content,
structure, and other elements of its website. This
will increase organic traffic, leads, and potential
customers.
Having a solid SEO strategy is crucial for
businesses to stay competitive and succeed
online in a world where more and more people
rely on search engines to find information,
goods, and services. Additionally, SEO can often
offer a higher ROI than paid advertising, and the
advantages of having a strong search engine
ranking can have a lasting, positive effect on a
company's online presence.
The SEO Works is a highly regarded provider of
search marketing, websites, and paid social
media for well-known brands and thriving
SMEs. For more than fifteen years, the
company's main focus has been getting
businesses more customers online.
The SEO Works is committed to providing a
high return on investment and is focused on
delivering tangible results for businesses. The
company takes a data-driven approach and
leverages its experience in digital measurement
to show the impact of its work. With over a
decade and a half in the industry, The SEO
Works has established a reputation for delivering
real results to its clients and maintaining high
standards in its output. The company's longevity
is a testament to its ability to consistently deliver
results and meet the needs of its clients.
worldsleaders.com | 17
18. Team of Experts
Working with The SEO Works provides access to a diverse
team of SEO specialists, each with expertise in specific
areas of SEO. This approach results in campaigns managed
by multiple team members, with a dedicated point of
contact for clients. With more than 80 digital marketing
experts in the company's broader team, clients can benefit
from a wealth of experience and support.
With this wide range of practitioners in the company, the
experience and support is phenomenal. Ben asserts, "If
there is a current issue that is challenging a client, you can
be sure that one of our team members has experienced it in
some form or another in the past—this "hive mind" really
helps. SEO consultancy and support come as part of the
service—we really get to know your business, your USP,
and the unique challenges and needs of your customers.”
View on Market and Client Approach
The SEO industry is not regulated, leading to a diverse
range of options for those seeking SEO services. These
options include freelancers, small businesses, full-
service agencies offering SEO as one aspect of their
services, and specialized SEO agencies. As a result, the
cost of SEO services can vary greatly. It's important to
be cautious of providers offering quick, low-cost SEO
services with limited transparency, as this can often
result in more harm than benefit.
While cost is an important factor, it's also crucial to
evaluate an SEO agency's track record and client base.
A tailored proposal and positive client references, as
well as awards and accolades, can be signs of a quality
agency. Be wary of providers who are secretive about
their methods, practices, or personnel.
It's important to note that SEO is not a cheap marketing
strategy, but it can be a highly valuable investment in
18 | JULY 2023
19. terms of increased website traffic and
potential customers. In terms of
return on investment, SEO can be
one of the most cost-effective forms
of marketing when done correctly.
This requires time, patience, and
investment, as the results can be
exponential once your site begins
ranking for relevant searches. Keep
in mind that the cheapest option is
unlikely to be the best. SEO success
requires effort, time, and investment;
if it were easy, fast, and cheap,
everyone would rank number one for
their desired terms.
Digital Marketing Forecasts
As the possibility of a recession
looms, 2023 may be a challenging
year for marketers. In tough times,
marketing budgets are often the first
to be trimmed. However, this short-
term approach could harm long-term
efforts. Instead, marketers should
adjust their messaging and
approaches to accommodate
changing behaviors and sentiments.
Hiding your brand to save money
may limit recovery. If cuts are
necessary, prioritize channels that
have no measurable return on
investment.
In 2023, browsers will block more
ads, and third-party cookies will
become less relevant. Cookieless
advertising will likely have fewer
targeting options unless marketers
have first-party data to enhance their
efforts. Marketers should focus on
collecting and organizing their first-
party data to prepare for this
changing landscape.
Artificial intelligence has made
significant progress with the release
of GPT-3 and ChatGPT. Some
businesses are already openly using
AI to help generate content, which is
then thoroughly checked for
accuracy and revised by editors.
Google has made a direct statement
about the technology, reiterating their
stance that content quality and user
experience are the key factors in
determining rankings. They have also
announced that they will be bringing
AI technology to their search engine
experience. It will be fascinating to
observe how AI continues to shape
and influence work methods in 2023.
World Leader for Marketing
Services
The goal of The SEO Works is to
become a leading global provider of
marketing services in the digital age,
while maintaining steady growth.
The company aims to earn its
customers' trust and loyalty through
exceptional service, accreditations,
and successful results, leading to
satisfied customers who are willing
to recommend the company to
others. Ben states, "We'll continue to
invest in our team so that they are the
most talented digital practitioners
across the UK.”
The SEO Works is experiencing
significant year-over-year growth and
is making progress towards its goals.
This success is largely due to the
talented team and the supportive
culture that the company has
cultivated. A structured strategic
planning process that involves the
entire leadership team, with a focus
on adaptability, has enabled the
company to continuously improve
and build upon its strengths while
addressing its weaknesses. "We are
always interested in speaking with
other businesses who feel they are
not getting enough from digital, and
want to invest in a quality outcome,"
says Ben.

23. Along with his years as an
athlete, David Lindsay is a
professional speaker, personal
trainer, and international coach. He has
competed in arm-wrestling, MMA
(cage fighting), semi-pro rugby league,
and other sports. He has also coached
first-grade and international football
players, Olympians, and medalists
from the Commonwealth Games.
David was a born coach and a goal-
oriented achiever, but he never really
considered himself to be a leader until
his wrestling coach told him to observe
how the other team members,
including some big, strong guys, listen
to him and follow his lead.
Below are highlights of the interview
conducted between World’s Leaders
and David Lindsay:
Describe who you are as a person,
inside and outside of the workplace.
I am a competitive guy, and in
anything I do, I put my heart and soul
into it. I have always been this way,
from as early as I can remember. I was
a little kid growing up, but I didn't let
that hold me back; in fact, it has helped
me in so many ways. I started lifting
weights at the age of 8 after I begged
my parents to get me a weight set for
my birthday. This competitive spirit
has served me well as an athlete,
coach, trainer, and in my speaking and
business endeavors.
Describe your background and what
did you do before you started/joined
the company?
With my competitive nature, I played
lower grades with South Sydney and
won a championship with their under-
20 team, but unfortunately, by the time
I had turned 21 I had suffered 2 knee
reconstructions that put me out of the
game. I was still very strong, as arm
wrestling has been my life, and was
picked up by an arm wrestling coach to
start training for that. I was actually on
my way to the States to compete in a
professional amateur wrestling
tournament when I snapped my arm in
Corfu, Greece. I had to fly straight
back to Sydney and get a plate put in
my arm, where unfortunately they hit a
nerve and my arm became paralyzed. I
thought my career as a personal trainer
and athlete was over. But I kept
worldsleaders.com | 23
24. plugging along, and eventually I got
my movement back and started Wing
Chun, BJJ, wrestling, and kickboxing
and ultimately had a few cage fights.
This was where I really got my life and
business lessons, from wrestling and
my wrestling coach
Tell us about the inception of the
company. How did it all start?
Phenom Leap started during the first
lockdown in 2020. I was speaking (my
5 Steps Towards Improved Vitality
presentation) and coaching people with
my 3 Pillars to High Performance
when everything got shot down. I was
approached by a few people I knew
through speaking, and they suggested
that instead of it being available only
locally, why don't I put it online and
then market it to go globally? I had no
idea about anything I.T.-related, but I
did have my course and knew I could
present it brilliantly on camera. Then
we tweaked it to be designed for bigger
companies to give to their middle
management to give them the skills
and systems to keep moving forward
and upward into the future.
What has made you successful?
What do you value?
It comes back again to my competitive
nature. I have spent so much time
working on my talk and course that I
wouldn’t want to let my family down
by quitting now. I have never been a
quitter in my life, so why start now?
Which are the major services of the
company and how do the company
to get ahead in the competition?
What value-added services does the
company provide?
At Phenom Leap, we offer a few
different packages. We have the
straight-out keynote presentation, “5
Steps Towards Improved Vitality.”
With everything we have been through
over the past few years and what is
happening currently, we need this in
the business world. By using these
steps, you will help raise morale,
productivity, and profitability within
your business.
We also offer the “3 Pillars to High
Performance” 12-month hybrid course.
There are a few different levels of
interaction with this course depending
on your budget, and we also offer
consulting and coaching.
24 | JULY 2023
25. What are the most important aspects
of a company’s culture? What
principles do you believe in and how
do you build this culture?
I run a podcast talking to leaders from
all around the world about the benefits
of having a great company culture, and
there are patterns that have emerged
talking to these leaders. One is to make
it more of a collaboration and not a
dictatorship. People who are
micromanaged are more likely to quit
or do just enough to avoid being fired.
A team that works well together and
has input on the project is more willing
to do more, stay longer, and be more
productive.
What is the significance of
innovative ideas in the company?
Innovation is what sets companies
apart from their competitors. If you
have the right people coming together,
it is amazing what ideas they can come
up with. It can start o ffwith a simple
conversation, but then one idea leads to
another, then another, and before you
know it, ideas pop up everywhere.
Then it comes time to distill these
ideas into some great possibilities.
Give us your opinion on; do
organizations rely heavily on
individual heroics or team
processes?
If you want to be truly successful in the
long run, teamwork is unbeatable. That
doesn’t mean we stifle a person’s
individual brilliance, which is also
needed to get ahead. In sports teams,
the star player, such as Michael Jordan,
requires the support of his teammates.
The scrapper like Dennis Rodman, the
steady performer like Scotty Pippen.
The team gets to keep the trophy at the
end of the day.
What are your responsibilities as the
Founder & CEO of the company?
What is the happiest part of your
daily routine?
I have a great team around me. But I
still have to ensure the targets get hit. I
like to think of myself more like the
coach of the team and not the boss of
the individual. This mindset sets me
apart from other CEOs out there.
What advice would you give
someone going into a leadership
position for the first time?
I would advise anyone going into a
leadership role to get a coach or a
mentor. My wrestling coach has been
the biggest influence in my adult life.
He managed to show me the
similarities of wrestling to business
life, and he was walking the walk. If
you find someone like that in your life,
keep them in your life. Read plenty of
books, I didn’t read until I was older,
but I am glad I started, and surround
yourself with other go-getters.

26. MATTHEW
TELESCA
An Entrepreneur and Technology
Enthusiast Using Artificial Intelligence
(AI) to Revolutionize Logistics and
Supply Chain Management
26 | JULY 2023
28. Matthew Telesca is a
prominent American
entrepreneur, investor, and
business leader. In 2000, he
founded MGN Logistics, Inc.,
a company that specializes in
logistics and transportation
solutions. As an early adopter
of web-based transportation
solutions, Telesca launched
LogisticsQuote.com, an innovative platform that
provided transportation quotes to customers online, in
the same year. His entrepreneurial spirit and visionary
leadership have been instrumental in driving the growth
and success of MGN Logistics over the years.
Matthew is an enthusiastic reader, passionate
entrepreneur, and technology aficionado. He has
successfully founded and sold several companies while
retaining significant investments in numerous others.
Apart from his business ventures, Telesca has also made
substantial investments in real estate and cryptocurrency,
with estimated holdings valued between $18 to $23
million. His diverse business interests, coupled with his
entrepreneurial acumen, have helped him build a
considerable net worth over the years.
As the President and CEO, Telesca's main responsibility
is to guide the company's future direction in terms of
both acquisitions and technology development. He is
constantly evaluating potential acquisitions, networking
with other company founders and entrepreneurs to
explore opportunities. Additionally, he keeps abreast of
the latest technology trends in the transportation and
logistics industry. Currently, the company is focused on
expanding into artificial intelligence and developing
technology that will provide exceptional results for their
clients' freight management performance.
Idea to Improve Process
Telesca started as a laborer in a warehouse, but was
quickly promoted to the position of warehouse and
logistics manager. He became enamored with creating
systems and processes that could simplify and automate
his responsibilities. At that time, there were very few
transportation websites available, and those that did exist
were rudimentary and lacked many features. He
envisioned an interactive website that would allow users
to create accounts, compare shipping rates, manage and
dispatch shipments, and track them online. No website
offering these capabilities existed at the time. Together
with a computer programmer friend, he brainstormed
and started building a website in 1999. They launched it
in May 2000 under the name LogisticsQuote.com, which
was the first of its kind. The site became extremely
popular and went viral. In 2004, he sold the website to a
group of private investors, which marked the beginning
of his journey in freight management and technology.
MGN Logistics
Telesca opened MGN Logistics as a traditional truckload
brokerage. The company is the leading freight
management and technology solutions provider in the
country. Its Transportation Management System, or
TMS, is used by many of the country's top manufacturers
and Fortune 500 companies. With all modes of
transportation, including LTL, truckload, rail,
intermodal, air, ocean, expedited, last-mile, international,
and parcel, the system is one of the most comprehensive
and technologically advanced systems on the market
today. Freight analysis, business intelligence, mode and
pricing optimization, along with sophisticated
algorithms, combine to create a powerful but simple-to-
use fully digital freight management software. MGN's
fully proprietary TMS easily allows users to manage,
analyze, and track every aspect of their freight spend,
along with carrier performance.
Business Growth
Business growth has occurred through a combination of
acquisitions and organic growth. Since 2007, MGN has
acquired several advanced technologies and logistics
companies, and Matthew has developed a successful
roadmap for each acquisition that has allowed each
transaction to be easier and more successful than the
previous.
With the company continuing to grow, a new office in
Orlando was established in 2009. By heavily reinvesting
in unique IT solutions for the transportation space, MGN
started to attract more customers with a broader supply

29. Aligning Work
Life Balance
Entrepreneurs often struggle
to maintain a balance
between work and personal
life. Fortunately, Matthew is
in a favorable position as his
executive team has
expanded, enabling him to
delegate many of the day-to-
day responsibilities of the
business. This strategic move
allows him to stay more
focused on the broader
picture rather than
becoming bogged down in
the nitty-gritty details, a
common pitfall for many
entrepreneurs. Losing sight
of the overall management
and goals of the business
can be a fatal mistake. To be
successful, entrepreneurs
must learn to strike a
balance between the two.

Describe your background and what you did before you started/joined the
company?
I was born in Algeria in the 1990s, a couple years before the country plunged into a civil
war. Many left the country to seek refuge; my family and I first left for Paris, France. A
couple years after my mom, an economist specializing in development and poverty
issues, found work in West Africa (Ivory Coast, Senegal), she later moved to
Washington, D.C., USA, where I finished high school at the French International
School. I later went on to study social and cultural studies and film and TV production
at New York University.

34. After graduating, I worked as a
freelance director, producer, and
consultant. I had the privilege of
leading projects for top fashion and
entertainment brands, for
international institutions such as the
World Bank or UNDP, or for
influential mindfulness leaders such
as Deepak Chopra. I had the
opportunity to produce and curate
films, exhibitions, concerts, and
immersive experiences to raise
awareness on the refugee crisis,
indigenous rights, health and
wellness, or sustainable economic
development. Along with leading and
developing creative projects, I also
spent time consulting on topics such
as storytelling, culture and
development, youth employment,
impact investing, emerging
technologies, regenerative finance,
and community engagement.
Tell us about the inception of the
company. How did it all start?
In 2020, after a decade of purpose-
driven work and gaining experience
and skills across sectors, I founded
my own creative agency and
consultancy: WeCare Impact. The
intention was to flip the "me to the
we" by leveraging arts, technology,
and community to make an impact.
The hybrid agency/consultancy
model is a one-stop shop for all your
purpose driven creative, strategic,
and partnership needs. It is a
platform to create and elevate
meaningful content, foster
partnerships and collaboration, and
inspire community engagement. An
inclusive ecosystem to inspire and,
proactively, reimagine and rebuild
our world together.

difficult COVID lockdown, New

Pandemic or not, the city was bustling
with crowds and energy; protesting for
life, for freedom, for self expression.
Soon after that, WeCare Impact gave
birth to its first project and
collaboration "The Stream of Life".
Narrated by Deepak Chopra and shot
in New York on 16mm film, "The
Stream of Life" was conceived in July
2020, as the world grappled with the
overwhelming and ongoing challenges
of the pandemic. Multiple artists,
performers, and storytellers came
together to create "The Stream of
Life".
The film is a reminder of our strength
in adversity, our ability for renewal,
and our inextricable connection to
nature.
What has made you successful?
What do you value?
Success is a hard thing to define. I
believe its meaning differs for the
individual, and the one society ascribes
feels contained to our professional
successes. I aspire to be successful in a
multidimensional way. Success for me
means a well-lived life. And what is a
well-lived life but a life filled with
meaning? community, art, and love? A
life whose legacy leaves the world a
little better, a little kinder. If my life
makes a positive difference, then yes, I
can say I've been successful.
I value kindness, empathy, work ethics,
commitment, passion, and loyalty.
These qualities make up character, and
I have deep reverence for those who
give themselves selflessly to what they
believe in and cherish. On a
professional level, I believe my success
has come from my deep commitment
to what I believe in, my eagerness to
learn, and my relentless energy to
contribute to making this world a better
place. My empathy and ability to
connect with people from all
backgrounds and walks of life are also
supportive qualities that allow me to
have an adaptive and inter-sectional
approach. Keeping myself informed,
on the pulse of innovation and
thematics I care about, are also
important factors that allow me to
further my thought leadership and
ensure success in my ventures.
What are the most important aspects
of a company's culture? What
principles do you believe in and how
do you build this culture?
One of our mottos at WCI is that the
strength of the community is the
individual; and that the strength of the
individual is the community. The
mission and values of our company are
the guiding principles of its culture and
operations. WeCare Impact's mission is
to use arts, technology, and community
as vehicles to inspire and offer
solutions to our world's most pressing
issues. At WeCare Impact, we strive to
build a diverse and inclusive
workplace. We hire and collaborate
with individuals from all walks of life,
backgrounds, and nationalities. A
diverse workplace allows for different
points of view and skillsets to more
effectively accomplish the company's
goals or respond to its challenges and
needs.
I believe good, clear, and honest
communication is invaluable to a
company's success and culture.
Transparent and efficient
communication skills will help boost
the productivity of the company and
lessen the stress that the employees
may feel when faced with a complex
task, situation, or project.
I also believe in a healthy work-life
balance; a better workplace starts with
a more caring one. It is important that
work enable us to live our lives, not
hinder them. I want to foster a sense of
growth and fulfillment in my team.
Integrity, reliability, a collaborative
mindset, dedication, innovation, and
kindness are also important principles
embedded into WeCare Impact's
culture.
What are your responsibilities as the
Principal/CEO/President of the
company? What is the happiest part
of your daily routine?
My responsibilities as the CEO of
WeCare Impact are to oversee all
operations, creative direction, and
executive strategy to implement the
company's vision and ensure it keeps
growing and creating value. The
happiest part of my routine is when
new projects or collaborations are born
and I can feel the excitement about the
value we can contribute. The
meaningful connections made along
the way and, obviously, witnessing the
positive impact generated, are also
very gratifying.
What advice would you give
someone going into a leadership
position for the first time?
The advice I would give someone
going into leadership for the first time
is to lead by example. Walk your talk.
Trust and confidence come from the
leader showing the vision, allowing
your team, your audience, to feel closer
to it by embodying it himself or
herself.
Be kind, listen, and try to come up with
innovative solutions that take your
team's needs into account. If you do
this, the right people will be inspired to
contribute to making the vision a
reality. This will help you be
discerning, know your value, and know
how to create the best conditions for
your team's success.

Shield/Desert Storm era. After concluding his service to the

supplanted traditional forms of
marketing and advertising during the
past ten years, in addition to virtually
everything else. If you have a
teenager, you understand the
influence social media and its
influencers have on society.
Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat,
Twitter, YouTube, JOSH ettc are just
a few examples of the social media
sites that have altered the way people
behave, learn, and communicate.
Before social media became popular,
marketing and advertising frequently
featured well-known celebrities
because businesses understood that
using such celebrities to promote
their goods would encourage their
fan bases to make purchases. There
would be a demand for something if
people believed that if it was good
enough for a celebrity to use it, it
must also be good. The development
of social media influence is
intriguing as it provides a platform
and opportunity to commoners to
make it big and showcase the hidden
potential.
This is the story of a man who

and putting his all into everything he
does. Shivashish Tarkas is well-

management abilities and
unwavering dedication to his work.
He is the founder and CEO of The

growth has multiplied several times,
and it appears that there is no looking
back.
