JOB SUMMARY
The Transformative Leadership coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing and
supervising Transformative Leadership Program activities and products

Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise the execution of all TL products and activities
Plan and coordinate key activities for the expansion of the program in line with the
strategic plan
Create budgets according to the program plans and supervise the implementation
Prepare and implement standard of operations manuals for the programs products for
productivity and efficiency of the program activities
Coordinate the expansion of the program to the counties and countries as per the goals
and targets
Lead in the execution of services in the program with the core values of the organization
maintaining a culture of innovation, truth and in the power of God
Product development and thought Leadership oversight
Lead in content development of the program to ensure that quality products are offered
Lead in research of issues related to the program to ensure that the program is relevant to
the needs of the target audience and is on the cutting edge
Lead in the revision of content to ensure that it incorporates the best experiential learning
components
Develop necessary variations of the program content that fits the market demands
including translations for non-English speaking countries (varied products)
Ensure that quality of the products are maintained or improved by conducting consistent
monitoring and evaluation
Ensure that our research findings are published and incorporated in the national dialogue
on leadership issues and advocacy
Participation in local and international forums, conferences and events

Ensure sustainability of the program through resource management
Prepare the budgets of the program in line with the overall strategic plan of the
organization
Ensure that the program costing, expenditure and revenue collections of the program
products meets the budgetary requirements
Market the TL program to possible clients and mobilize participants
Develop partnerships with churches, individuals and institutions for funding
Contact and arrange for meeting with potential financial partners or donors
Facilitate the writing of proposals to sponsors and donor organizations in conjunction
with the partnership development office
Ensure that the set fund raising targets are met
Source for the best vendors and suppliers for the program activities and products in
conjunction with the administration department for procurement process
Capacity building and program resource management
Facilitate the local and international facilitators training programs
Coordinate the recruitment, training and care of mentors, facilitators and program
volunteers in conjunction with the Human resource department
Build and lead teams for different projects, events and activities for conceptualization,
growth and execution of the program activities
Communications and Public Relations for the program
Lead in the branding process of TL Programs in conjunction with the communications
and public relations staff
Compile and communicate event, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Respond and give updates to the TL blog, website and social media
Lead in the evaluation of the progress of TL programs and products
In collaboration with the supervisors, seek to engage media on leadership issues
Other Duties
Represent Transform Nation and TL as assigned
Any other duties as shall be assigned by the supervisor
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCES
Holding a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field, leadership studies being an
added advantage
With at least 3 years experience in a leadership position working with leaders
Passionate about leadership and personal development
Experience in event organization and management
Good communication and interpersonal or social skills
Good in public speaking

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
1. EFFECTIVE TEAMS – TN is staff-led but volunteer-driven. The coordinator shall
recruit, motivate and manage staff and volunteer teams for effective running of TL
programs. Quarterly goals under teams shall be agreed upon.
2. GROWTH – The coordinator shall ensure growth and expansion of the programs as
per the strategic, annual and quarterly targets
3. SUSTENABILITY – The coordinator shall ensure that the resource needs of the
programs are met as projected in the budget and strategic plan
