*The cost for this service is by the hour at $100/hr.
**All costs for these services are dependent on client need, time commitment and/or amount of
deliverables requested by the client.
Retainer option available for all services.
Training Principles:
SS for OST will understand the agency context and goals for each training provided
Trainings will include different learning modalities
Participants will always reflect and assess their own skills
Participants will receive tangible tools and supportive documents so that new information and
strategies can be implemented effectively and immediately
All trainings will model how classes should be held for students
Training Menu:
Point of Service Quality Standards Trainings:
Youth Development Theory and its Practice: A routine training for all youth workers to receive.
Learn the basics of youth development theory and how to apply it in the classroom.
Youth Sports- Learn how to plan and conduct effective, culturally conscious sports programs for youth.
What’s “Special” about Being Special Ed? The truth about learning differences and the challenge it
presents to educators and the students who have them.
Program Quality Assessment Tools: How can you use your quality assessment tool to improve
program quality? How can you use the tool to guide your classroom, organizational practices, staff
practices, curriculum and program objectives?
New Supervisor Training- You were a great program instructor and/or assistant but now you’re the
supervisor! Learn the basics of managing a program and your team toward success.
Leadership and Coaching- How to coach staff and how that makes you a stronger leader.
Build your own training- Make it count with a customized training! Mix and match related topics or give us a new
one to add to the list!
Please Note: All Trainings must be at least 90 minutes long. Additional costs associated with facilities and food for
participants will be the responsibility of the client to organize and cover. Possible additional charges for prep time,
materials, travel and lodging may apply and will be discussed prior to services agreement.
