Engaged in a variety of business tasks including account management, customer
engagement, strategic planning, new product introduction and systems optimisation. I
worked independently and used my organisational skills to ensure that I was able to achieve
business goals through a period of internal upheaval in which I made four different
managers in 5 months.
Managed accounts to ensure that a mutually beneficial, growth driven relationship
was maintained and business goals were achieved.
Aided innovation by exploring alternative ways of business with the goal of reducing
expenses whilst achieving the desired outcome.
Optimized tasks within the business by refining existing reports or introducing new
reports to reduce business expenses.
Leveraged my communication skills to convey information within the team and to
the wider organization to ensure management was fully informed of key factors
affecting business decisions by developing reports and presentations as well as
providing analysis.

Lead a project to reduce expenses created by damaged and outdated stock. This was
done through refining reports to highlight overrepresented products and sales
managers and then implementing strategies to reduce these credits.
