PERSONAL STATEMENT
I have been working at Save the Children Australia for two and a half years as Face to
Face Manager. I currently look after our national Face to Face, Door to Door and
Telemarketing activity across Australia as well as working on our DRTV campaigns.
I have a passion for fundraising and am highly motivated to work for an organisation that
creates lasting change in the lives of the world’s most vulnerable and marginalised
people in some of the hardest to reach places. I am an experienced channel manager,
project manager, budget holder and a skilled trainer and currently train suppliers across
all acquisition channels. Highlights of my time at Save the Children Australia include:
Implementing our F2F campaign at Ikea stores around Australia supporting their Soft
Toy/Give Twice campaign, devising and implementing a successful two-step F2F/TM
Lead Gen/Conversion campaign and setting up and training staff at our inbound call
centre in Manila in the Philippines.
Prior to moving to Australia in 2013 I worked for two of the UK’s largest fundraising
agencies across F2F and Telemarketing and I have represented some of the largest
domestic and international charities.
