14. Wendy Tan is an organization development consultant, educator and founding partner of Flame Centre. She partners with organizations to create the future they want through ideas of strengths, partnership, chosen accountability and commitment. She is also an accredited trainer of Flawless Consulting, and has consulted and trained in the Asia Pacific region, US, Mexico and Sri Lanka. Her clients include Ministry of Manpower, Workforce Development Agency, HP, AVIVA and Citibank. A psychologist by training, Wendy has also graduated from Pepperdine University with Masters of Science in Organization Development (MSOD). Her articles have been published in Human Capital and Today’s Manager. Lee Kang Yam , founding partner of Flame Centre, is an experienced trainer and consultant on organisational change. He has facilitated strategic alignment workshops and developed workshops ranging from communications, coaching to Appreciative Inquiry. He is also an accredited trainer in Flawless Consulting. Kang Yam's expertise has led him on consulting projects and workshops in the Asia Pacific region and the Middle East. His clients include Cisco, Cartier, Prudential, Civil Service College and others. He is a professional member of the Adult Education Network in Singapore’s Institute of Learning. 15. About Us Dr Pauline Arneberg is a consultant and trainer. Pauline’s career has been anchored in the global marketplace. She regularly teaches Principles of Organization Development, Dialogue Skills, Appreciative Inquiry, as well as Training Needs Assessment and Training Evaluation at the Civil Service College in Singapore. She has also consulted on projects funded by the United Nations, the World Bank and USAID, as well as many American organizations. She currently teaches Organization Behavior in the Public Sector at University of Southern California and was their Director of the International Training of Trainers Program and the Centre for International Training and Development. Peter Block is an author, consultant and citizen of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. His work is to bring change into the world through consent and connectedness rather than through mandate and force. Peter is the author of several best selling books, such as ‘Flawless Consulting’, which was voted as one of the most influential book in 40 years by OD network in US. Another of his book, ‘The Answer to How Is Yes: Acting on What Matters won the 2002 Independent Publisher Book Award for Business Breakthrough Book of the Year. His other books include Stewardship, The Empowered Manager, Community: The Structure for Belonging and Abundant Community. He has received national awards in the US for outstanding contributions in the field of training and development.
