(using psychometric instruments and assessment centres), management
consulting, critical stress debriefing, career development and counselling.
Designed and conducted workshops in stress management, emotional
resilience and counselling skills. Attended six-month attachment at Institute
of Mental Health under the supervision of a clinical psychologist.

Internal Organization Development Consultant, 2001 - 2004
Provided organization development consulting and training in the areas of
culture integration, change communications, organization redesign,
leadership development. Realigned HR systems, e.g. recruitment,
orientation, performance management, retention strategies to the new
organization. Developed and conducted leadership development programs for
top management to factory level staff. Coached leaders as a follow-up to a
leadership development program.

these workshops.
