Minh Hoa Thanh was establied in 2012. Minh Hoa Thanh is proud of being
the Vietnamese leading prestigious manufacturer and exporter of gate valves.
During six years of establishment and development, Minh Hoa Thanh has supplied
customers high quality, innovative, value-priced products with diversified styles
and designs which range in different categories of products.
Nowadays, with the wishes to meet customers’ different requirements,
promote trading and introduce our products to global markets, Minh Hoa Thanh

has built the close long-term cooperation with many customers all over the world.
In addition, Minh Hoa Thanh has been planning to take part in many annual
domestic and international Trade Fairs in Hong Kong, America, England, German,
Belgium, etc. As a result, the company has been affirming step by step its position
in overseas markets such as EU, America, Australia, Japan…. With the team of
experienced and creative employees, Minh Hoa Thanh is ready to serve every
potential customer, and once purchasing from us, the customers are buying not
only products but also three 100% - 100% quality, 100% service, and 100%
satisfaction. Minh Hoa Thanh sincerely welcomes the friends from all over the
world to mutual development and friendly cooperation.
The year 2018 is the year in which there will be many changes in the
business. And when Vietnam integrates with TPP and ASEAN countries Minh Hoa
Thanh will take the chance and experience many great challenges. The company
needs more closely linked than to unite to overcome that challenge. With the great
effort, Minh Hoa Thanh has specific goal to enlarge export market
1.1.2 Business Activities Fields of Minh Hoa Thanh
Minh Hoa Thanh specializes in distributing gate valves with brandnames of
MIHA, MBV and MI, manufactured by Minh Hoa Investment Joint Stock
Company, such as Check valve, butterfly Valves, ball valves, accessories Lace,
welding accessories, young tapes, supplies and fire protection, pressure relief
valves, steel pipe, brass foot valve, brass gate valve - gate valve, brass swing check
valve, brass ball valve - alloy ball valve, accessories stainless steel - stainless steel
valve.

In addition, Minh Hoa Thanh also distributes water meters with brandnames
of Unik (Taiwan), Zenner-Coma (Germany), Shinha (South Korea) ... With
dynamic and enthusiastic sales team, Minh Hoa Thanh is always willing to serve
their customers with thoughtfulness and dedication, always bring friendly feeling
to their customers in business.

1.1.3 Organization Structure of Minh Hoa Thanh

Director is the top power of Minh Hoa Thanh that directly mamnage five departments
consisting of sales department, technical department, R&D department, accounting
department and department of general administration.
Roles of Director
The director plays an important roles and responsibilities in the company.
Essentially, he has the right to hire all emplyees, as well as assessing the overall
direction and strategy for his company. Moreover, he acts on behalf of the
shareholders to run the day to day affairs of Minh Hoa Thanh. The director is
accountable to the shareholders. Each year the company will hold an annual
general meeting at which the directors provides a report to shareholders on the
performance of Minh Hoa Thanh.
Roles of Sales Department
Sales department is one of the most important department in Minh Hoa
Thanh. The sales staff are in charge of looking for the sales opportunities with the
existing and new customers to sell products and services. Whenever, the company
has a meeting, they will organize effective presentation to their customers for their
target products. The sales manager takes responsibilities to identify the target
budget for each year with following-up percent of the budget realization each
quarter of year. To do this, th sales manager has to definite business opportunities
with each customer to be considered in the target budget or forecast list. Moreover,

they should development the rapports with all existing and new customers to know
their future plan as well as co-ordination with Marketing Department to reach the
strategic goals.
Roles of Technical Department
Technical Department is responsible for diagnosing any hardware or
software faults with these systems and will solve the issues either in person or over
the phone. By the way, they are in charge of installation and configuration of a
company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications. Every day, IT
staff have to maintenance and monitor computer networks and systems, as well as
testing and evaluating new technology. In addition, they performing electrical
safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
Roles of R&D Department
Research & Development department plays a very important role in the
success of Minh Hoa Thanh. The department is incharge of designing a platform
for creativity and innovation to flourish in Minh Hoa Thanh, as well as supporting
the company to have a competitive edge over its competitors. In addition, R&D
team has to develop plans much ahead other functions and take efforts in building
new products and find itself ahead of Minh Hoa Thanh’s competitors.
Roles of Accounting Department
This is an important department in Minh Hoa Thanh. There are some
specific roles that the accounts maintain great relationships with vendors. the
essential roles and duties of virtually any accounting staff include some working as
below
 Firstly, they have to make money out. It means that they are in charge of
making payments and keeping the bills paid
 Secondly, they have to make money in. It means that they are in charge of
processing incoming payments
 Thirdly, they have to make payroll to make sure that everyone gets paid on
time.

 Fourthly, they have to do report. It means that they are preparing financial
reports such as profit and loss, balance sheets and budgets
 Lastly, they have to control finance.
Roles of General Administration Department
General Administration Department occupies an important in Minh Hoa
Thanh. The department is incharge of providing comprehensive administrative
planning, leadership and organizational, as well as development of all departments
in the company. They also evaluate performance of all department heads and their
operations. In addition, administering all laws and policies established is their
responsibilities in Minh Hoa Thanh.
1.1.4 Personnel situation of Minh Hoa Thanh
Total labour forces of Minh Hoa Thanh are 471 people (Table 1.1) in which:
Directors and managers are 20 people consisting of 60% labour force having age of
23-35, and 40% of labour force having age of 36-60.
There is no Foreign employee in Minh Hoa Thanh.
Professional staff are 43 people including 81% labour force having age of 23-35,
and 19% of labour force having age of 36-60.
Total shippers are 10 people including 70% labour force having age of 23-35, and
30% of labour force having age of 36-60.
Total warehouse staff are 6 people including 50% labour force having age of 23-
35, and 50% of labour force having age of 36-60.
Total workers are 380 people including 70% labour force having age of 23-35, and
30% of labour force having age of 36-60.
Total truck and car drivers are 12 people encompassing 50% labour force having
age of 23-35, and 50% of labour force having age of 36-60.

Moreover, the table 1.2 shows academic level of labourforce in Minh Hoa
Thanh.

Total labourforce having high school degree are 210 that the workers have this degree,
accounted for 45%; Total labourforce having colleage degree are 127 people,
accounted for 27%; Total labourforce having university degree are 118 peopel,
accounted for 25%; Total labourforce having postgraduate degree are 3 people,
accounted for 3%.
1.1.2 Business Operation Performance of Minh Hoa Thanh for the
period 2015-2017
Through three years of business activities, Minh Hoa Thanh achieved the profit which
in more and more increasing during three years, as in table 1.3

Sales and service delivery revenue sharply increased from more than 25 billion
VND in 2015 to 40 billion VND in 2016, then gradually went up to more than 43
billion VND in 2017 (Figure 1.3). This is a rewarding result for the company's
staff. It helps profit went up to 7,67 billion VND and 8,88 billion VND
respectively.

Costs have been also increased during three years as described in Figure 1.4.

The costs of sold goods was high and has increased step by step during
three years because of increasing prodcuction and revenue. Moreover, interest
expenses also increased 3 years ago because interest rate and loans went up. Minh
Hoa Thanh borrowed more money from some banks to enlarge its business.
Besides, incom tax also went up as well because of revenue going up.

2.1 The Duties and Responsibilities Performed in Minh Hoa Thanh
2.1.1 Assistance for Import-export Department
Help with shipping jobs:
 Deal with each step of the shipping process; coordinate shipping with customs
agents for clearance on overseas deliveries;
 Deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance
companies if any shipment problems happen to occur.
 Provide efficient delivery logistics through data management
 Compute international fees for each shipment, and keep track of shipment
payments and quotas.
 Compile carrier and route assignments
 Identify shipments, collect data, and register packages with logistics agencies.
Help with international transactions
 Receiving, and record keeping for international transactions:
 Fill out import-export documentation such as commercial documents, packing
list, Certificate of Origin (CO), financial documents, transport documents,
insurance documents, inspection certificate, the export sales contract, the
contract of carriage, the contract of cargo insurance and other international
trade related documents
 Ckeck letter of credit (L/C), focus on: amount, unit price, expiry date,
presentation period, latest shipment date, goods description.
Help with custom clearance
 Provide guidance and oversight to supply chain management on all controlled
import and export transactions.
 Research and provide information required for customs clearance
Most of their working day is spent in an office atmosphere such as doing all
documentation adheres to import-export policies and laws

2.1.2 Assistance for Sales Department
Deal the sales contract with foreign customers.
Negotiating the right deal with their importers about factors such as unit price,
delivery times, payment terms or the quality of the goods. Both sides continue
negotiatiing until they achieve comfort and happiness with the agreement. Negotiations
can be unsuccessful if either side feels forced into a corner.
Develop customers and marketshare
 Conducting some basic research into a potential supplier you can work out

 Assist with the development of licensing strategies for the international

 Work closely with other departments within the company (docs, logistics
and accounting) to provide a satisfying service to our customers
 Conduct sales planning and follow up in line with company sales targets,
objectives and strategies.

 Translate sales contract from English to Vietnamese and and vice versa
 Help other departments to translate english material to vietnamese to make
sure that they understand the meaning
 Join with sales staff to welcome our foreign customers, then do
interpretation as necessity
2.2 Achievements
2.2.1 Learning from import – export document jobs
Impoer-export department helps stuends know the different types of documents used in
the foreign trade (import and export), which documents usually require the customs, the
requirements for various documents and how to fill in these documents correctly.These
knowledge is achieved such as
 Analysing the various classifications and requirements of export documents
 Learning what functions export documents perform
 Learning the different types of documents of origin that evidence the origin of
products
 Analysing the various commercial and administrative documents
 Examining other documents that may be required in international business
transactions
2.2.2 Learning from customer service jobs
Sales teams hasprovid the sudent with excellent customer service that is essential to do
the long-term business after student’s graduation. As the result, the student can build
customer loyalty, create effective first impressions and manage customer expectations.
Moreover, there are some softskill can be improve such as:
 Patience
 Attentiveness.
 Clear Communication Skills.
 Ability to Use "Positive Language”
 Acting Skills

 Time Management Skills.
 Ability to "Read" Customers.
2.2.3 Learning from sales jobs
 Learn the ways to to negotiate with the customers
 Learn the ways to close the customers during negotiation process
 Learn persistence to follow the customers until getting agreement
 Get knowledge of products
2.2.4 Learning from translation jobs
During the intership time, the student has improve the important skills every translator
should have, such as:
 Being a good listener, so listen carefully from Loas customers
 Being a good write, so know how to study to perfect grammar and use of syntax.
 Being able to adapt to these changes it vital in producing high quality translations.
 Being good at dealing with the cultural barrier between two different countries.
 Being able to understand the specialized jargon in business

INTERNSHIP SUMMARY
4.1 Knowledge improved
There are three main knowledge that student has learnt from this intership.
The first, it is softskills such as problem-solving skill, communication skill,
presentation skill. soft skills are important to the success of almost all people. Another
reason hiring managers and employers look for applicants with soft skills is because soft
skills are transferable skills that can be used regardless of the job at which the person is
working.
The second, it is sales skill that is very important knowledge to support the student
to find good job in the future. Specially, this is product knowledge that helps sales staff
attract the customers to the company.he most important of today’s sales skills is simply
understanding the buyer. It’s the foundation of effective selling. But it involves more than
just understanding who the buyer is.
The last, it is translation skill. In the business translation field, many folks assume
all you need is knowledge of two languages. A high quality translation must be many
things: Easily understood, well-written, true to the subtleties and spirit of the original as
well as the meaning.
4.2.Skills acquired
MinhHoaThanh has effective management techniques applied for its business such
as select the right people and develop it staff, as well as being positive and constructive in
developing the company.
The sales manager is only as good as their team. Heemphasises the importance of
focusing on his sales staff’s development. To him, Helpinghis employees to succeed –
their success is his success, as well as Minh HoaThanh’s success. He is always willing to
coach his sales team and coach them and coach them until they become the best sales
team.

In import-export department, the manager also give his staff to improve their
knowledge, as well as English language. Moreover, Minh HoaThanh always look for the
talents who can devote themselves for the company.
In addition, Minh HoaThanh tries to create good working environment for its staff
to make sure that they always feel comfortable when working. This is the best
management techniques to increase staff’s satisfaction and productivity.
Thanks to English skills such as reading skill, writing skill, listening skill and
speaking skill that help the student to complete the intership in Minh hoaThanh well.
Companies who conduct business internationally are likely to be engaging with
people who speak English as a first or second language on a regular basis making the
ability to use English in the workplace a very valuable skill.
A good knowledge of English allows the student to communicate effectively with
international customers. The student uses English for a variety of purposes including in
meetings and negotiations, for translation and interpretion, writing reports, giving
presentations and in social situations.
To build successful relationships, the student understands the different tones and
styles that can be used in business contexts and have the ability to determine which is
suitable. Moreover, the student works on soft skills including how to effectively manage,
persuade and negotiate in English.
In short english skills help the student create a good translation is a matter of
grammar, vocabulary, and cultural knowledge. In addition, it helps the students learn new
skills in Minh HoaThanh, as well as supporting them to work well.
4.3 Obtained experience
During the internship time, the student has experienced the real working
environment that involves the social interactions at the workplace, including interactions
with peers, subordinates, managers and director.
It is a location of management and organization. Important and compulsory duties
are carried out here under the supervision of a head. One of the most wonderful and
beneficial things an office environment can teach the student is time management. By the
way, the student has been learning how behave yourself in front of others.

Moreover, The best thing about working in an office is the excitement of learning
something new on a regular basis. Here you will learn to become an experienced and
diplomatic person.
However, one of the worst side effects of working in an office is that it encourages
a sedentary lifestyle. The staff usually sit at their desks all day. This makes them a lazier
person as they don’t walk around or do any chores. Not just that, it strains our neck and
back.

EVALUATION
5.1 Self-evaluation and recommendations
Self-evaluation
After internship time, the student learnt a lot from Minh Hoa Thanh. This will be
the good skills and knowledge that support student for coming jobs. Now the student feel
more confident and experienced on real working more than just learning at shool.
Some skills needed for work:
 Patience
 Attentiveness.
 Clear Communication Skills.
 Ability to Use "Positive Language”
 Acting Skills
 Time Management Skills.
 Ability to "Read" Customers
 Being a creative people
 Thinking different
 Knowing how to communicate with other
 Working confidently within a group
 Presenting a strong,professional and positive image to others
Recommendations
 For school
After experiencing an internship, the student highly suggest main recommendation
to our school.The soft skills should be strongly taught in the class. Nowadays, there are a
wide range of other qualities that recruiters look for in potential candidates. These are
often referred to as “soft skills”. In today’s ever-competitive job market, the measure of
an individual’s general career success is the ability to use these soft skills to adapt to any

assignment. It cannot be expressed adequately how important soft skills are and how they
can position a candidate for success in the workplace
For future internship
 Don’t be shy to enjoy the intership.
 Make friends with all people from the departments as you will need their
supports.
 Be comfortable to ask questions to them and support them.
 Make a list of all the things you want to learn
5.2 Conclusion
Firstly, the student highly appreciate the people in Minh Hoa Thanh. They try their
best to support the student to complete the report well. Especially, the student would like
to thanks to two departments including import-export department and sales department.
They never mind reminding me whenever the student has mistaks. Then they are very
friendly to correct all mistakes with their kindness.
In addition, the student would like to say thanks to all the teachers who correct my
mistakes during intership. Youare very kind and great to your students.The student alsi
highly respect and grateful all of my teachers. The student wishall of youhealth,luck and
success.
In the internship, I have been more mature and confidence for my future jobs.
Strong points
After all, the student realize that all the skills and knowledge learnt from our school
are good and useful for us when we graduate and work. Because we can apply our
knowled and our skills in real working.
Weak points
However, practice in our school is just little. Thus we needmore practice to make sure
that we cannot confuse when joining real working.
Finally, the student hasa great time to study in Hai Phong university with my friends. The
studentwould like to thanks toour teachers again and the student ensure that studying in
Hai Phong universityis always kept my mind.

With the great effort, Minh Hoa Thanh has specific goal to enlarge export market 1.1.2 Business Activities Fields of Minh Hoa Thanh Minh Hoa Thanh specializes in distributing gate valves with brandnames of MIHA, MBV and MI, manufactured by Minh Hoa Investment Joint Stock Company, such as Check valve, butterfly Valves, ball valves, accessories Lace, welding accessories, young tapes, supplies and fire protection, pressure relief valves, steel pipe, brass foot valve, brass gate valve - gate valve, brass swing check valve, brass ball valve - alloy ball valve, accessories stainless steel - stainless steel valve.

  • 6. 4 1.1.3 Organization Structure of Minh Hoa Thanh This is chart of Minh Hoa Thanh organizational structure Figure 1. 2: Organizational Structure Director is the top power of Minh Hoa Thanh that directly mamnage five departments consisting of sales department, technical department, R&D department, accounting department and department of general administration. Roles of Director The director plays an important roles and responsibilities in the company. Essentially, he has the right to hire all emplyees, as well as assessing the overall direction and strategy for his company. Moreover, he acts on behalf of the shareholders to run the day to day affairs of Minh Hoa Thanh. The director is accountable to the shareholders. Each year the company will hold an annual general meeting at which the directors provides a report to shareholders on the performance of Minh Hoa Thanh. Roles of Sales Department Sales department is one of the most important department in Minh Hoa Thanh. The sales staff are in charge of looking for the sales opportunities with the existing and new customers to sell products and services. Whenever, the company has a meeting, they will organize effective presentation to their customers for their target products. The sales manager takes responsibilities to identify the target budget for each year with following-up percent of the budget realization each quarter of year. To do this, th sales manager has to definite business opportunities with each customer to be considered in the target budget or forecast list. Moreover,
  • 7. 5 they should development the rapports with all existing and new customers to know their future plan as well as co-ordination with Marketing Department to reach the strategic goals. Roles of Technical Department Technical Department is responsible for diagnosing any hardware or software faults with these systems and will solve the issues either in person or over the phone. By the way, they are in charge of installation and configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications. Every day, IT staff have to maintenance and monitor computer networks and systems, as well as testing and evaluating new technology. In addition, they performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment. Roles of R&D Department Research & Development department plays a very important role in the success of Minh Hoa Thanh. The department is incharge of designing a platform for creativity and innovation to flourish in Minh Hoa Thanh, as well as supporting the company to have a competitive edge over its competitors. In addition, R&D team has to develop plans much ahead other functions and take efforts in building new products and find itself ahead of Minh Hoa Thanh’s competitors. Roles of Accounting Department This is an important department in Minh Hoa Thanh. There are some specific roles that the accounts maintain great relationships with vendors. the essential roles and duties of virtually any accounting staff include some working as below  Firstly, they have to make money out. It means that they are in charge of making payments and keeping the bills paid  Secondly, they have to make money in. It means that they are in charge of processing incoming payments  Thirdly, they have to make payroll to make sure that everyone gets paid on time.
  • 8. 6  Fourthly, they have to do report. It means that they are preparing financial reports such as profit and loss, balance sheets and budgets  Lastly, they have to control finance. Roles of General Administration Department General Administration Department occupies an important in Minh Hoa Thanh. The department is incharge of providing comprehensive administrative planning, leadership and organizational, as well as development of all departments in the company. They also evaluate performance of all department heads and their operations. In addition, administering all laws and policies established is their responsibilities in Minh Hoa Thanh. 1.1.4 Personnel situation of Minh Hoa Thanh Total labour forces of Minh Hoa Thanh are 471 people (Table 1.1) in which: Directors and managers are 20 people consisting of 60% labour force having age of 23-35, and 40% of labour force having age of 36-60. There is no Foreign employee in Minh Hoa Thanh. Professional staff are 43 people including 81% labour force having age of 23-35, and 19% of labour force having age of 36-60. Total shippers are 10 people including 70% labour force having age of 23-35, and 30% of labour force having age of 36-60. Total warehouse staff are 6 people including 50% labour force having age of 23- 35, and 50% of labour force having age of 36-60. Total workers are 380 people including 70% labour force having age of 23-35, and 30% of labour force having age of 36-60. Total truck and car drivers are 12 people encompassing 50% labour force having age of 23-35, and 50% of labour force having age of 36-60.

This is a rewarding result for the company's staff. It helps profit went up to 7,67 billion VND and 8,88 billion VND respectively.

Moreover, interest expenses also increased 3 years ago because interest rate and loans went up. Minh Hoa Thanh borrowed more money from some banks to enlarge its business.   • 12. 10 CHAPTER 2 INTRODUCTION ABOUT INTERNSHIP 2.1 The Duties and Responsibilities Performed in Minh Hoa Thanh 2.1.1 Assistance for Import-export Department Help with shipping jobs:  Deal with each step of the shipping process; coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries;  Deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur.  Provide efficient delivery logistics through data management  Compute international fees for each shipment, and keep track of shipment payments and quotas.  Compile carrier and route assignments  Identify shipments, collect data, and register packages with logistics agencies. Help with international transactions  Receiving, and record keeping for international transactions:  Fill out import-export documentation such as commercial documents, packing list, Certificate of Origin (CO), financial documents, transport documents, insurance documents, inspection certificate, the export sales contract, the contract of carriage, the contract of cargo insurance and other international trade related documents  Ckeck letter of credit (L/C), focus on: amount, unit price, expiry date, presentation period, latest shipment date, goods description. Help with custom clearance  Provide guidance and oversight to supply chain management on all controlled import and export transactions.  Research and provide information required for customs clearance Most of their working day is spent in an office atmosphere such as doing all documentation adheres to import-export policies and laws

Negotiating the right deal with their importers about factors such as unit price, delivery times, payment terms or the quality of the goods. Both sides continue negotiatiing until they achieve comfort and happiness with the agreement. Negotiations can be unsuccessful if either side feels forced into a corner.   • 14. 12 Translation jobs  Translate sales contract from English to Vietnamese and and vice versa  Help other departments to translate english material to vietnamese to make sure that they understand the meaning  Join with sales staff to welcome our foreign customers, then do interpretation as necessity 2.2 Achievements 2.2.1 Learning from import – export document jobs Impoer-export department helps stuends know the different types of documents used in the foreign trade (import and export), which documents usually require the customs, the requirements for various documents and how to fill in these documents correctly.These knowledge is achieved such as  Analysing the various classifications and requirements of export documents  Learning what functions export documents perform  Learning the different types of documents of origin that evidence the origin of products  Analysing the various commercial and administrative documents  Examining other documents that may be required in international business transactions 2.2.2 Learning from customer service jobs Sales teams hasprovid the sudent with excellent customer service that is essential to do the long-term business after student’s graduation. As the result, the student can build customer loyalty, create effective first impressions and manage customer expectations. Moreover, there are some softskill can be improve such as:  Patience  Attentiveness.  Clear Communication Skills.  Ability to Use "Positive Language”  Acting Skills

  • 16. 14 CHAPTER 4 INTERNSHIP SUMMARY 4.1 Knowledge improved There are three main knowledge that student has learnt from this intership. The first, it is softskills such as problem-solving skill, communication skill, presentation skill. soft skills are important to the success of almost all people. Another reason hiring managers and employers look for applicants with soft skills is because soft skills are transferable skills that can be used regardless of the job at which the person is working. The second, it is sales skill that is very important knowledge to support the student to find good job in the future. Specially, this is product knowledge that helps sales staff attract the customers to the company.he most important of today’s sales skills is simply understanding the buyer. It’s the foundation of effective selling. But it involves more than just understanding who the buyer is. The last, it is translation skill. In the business translation field, many folks assume all you need is knowledge of two languages. A high quality translation must be many things: Easily understood, well-written, true to the subtleties and spirit of the original as well as the meaning. 4.2.Skills acquired MinhHoaThanh has effective management techniques applied for its business such as select the right people and develop it staff, as well as being positive and constructive in developing the company. The sales manager is only as good as their team. Heemphasises the importance of focusing on his sales staff’s development. To him, Helpinghis employees to succeed – their success is his success, as well as Minh HoaThanh’s success. He is always willing to coach his sales team and coach them and coach them until they become the best sales team.

Companies who conduct business internationally are likely to be engaging with people who speak English as a first or second language on a regular basis making the ability to use English in the workplace a very valuable skill. A good knowledge of English allows the student to communicate effectively with international customers. The student uses English for a variety of purposes including in meetings and negotiations, for translation and interpretion, writing reports, giving presentations and in social situations. To build successful relationships, the student understands the different tones and styles that can be used in business contexts and have the ability to determine which is suitable. Moreover, the student works on soft skills including how to effectively manage, persuade and negotiate in English. In short english skills help the student create a good translation is a matter of grammar, vocabulary, and cultural knowledge. In addition, it helps the students learn new skills in Minh HoaThanh, as well as supporting them to work well. 4.3 Obtained experience During the internship time, the student has experienced the real working environment that involves the social interactions at the workplace, including interactions with peers, subordinates, managers and director. It is a location of management and organization. Important and compulsory duties are carried out here under the supervision of a head. One of the most wonderful and beneficial things an office environment can teach the student is time management. By the way, the student has been learning how behave yourself in front of others.

However, one of the worst side effects of working in an office is that it encourages a sedentary lifestyle. The staff usually sit at their desks all day. This makes them a lazier person as they don’t walk around or do any chores. Not just that, it strains our neck and back.
  • 19. 17 CHAPTER 5 EVALUATION 5.1 Self-evaluation and recommendations Self-evaluation After internship time, the student learnt a lot from Minh Hoa Thanh. This will be the good skills and knowledge that support student for coming jobs. Now the student feel more confident and experienced on real working more than just learning at shool. Nowadays, there are a wide range of other qualities that recruiters look for in potential candidates. These are often referred to as “soft skills”. In today’s ever-competitive job market, the measure of an individual’s general career success is the ability to use these soft skills to adapt to any

It cannot be expressed adequately how important soft skills are and how they can position a candidate for success in the workplace For future internship  Don’t be shy to enjoy the intership.  Make friends with all people from the departments as you will need their supports.  Be comfortable to ask questions to them and support them.  Make a list of all the things you want to learn 5.2 Conclusion Firstly, the student highly appreciate the people in Minh Hoa Thanh. They try their best to support the student to complete the report well. Especially, the student would like to thanks to two departments including import-export department and sales department. They never mind reminding me whenever the student has mistaks. Then they are very friendly to correct all mistakes with their kindness. In addition, the student would like to say thanks to all the teachers who correct my mistakes during intership. In the internship, I have been more mature and confidence for my future jobs. Strong points After all, the student realize that all the skills and knowledge learnt from our school are good and useful for us when we graduate and work. Because we can apply our knowled and our skills in real working. Weak points However, practice in our school is just little. Thus we needmore practice to make sure that we cannot confuse when joining real working. Finally, the student hasa great time to study in Hai Phong university with my friends.
