is the level of commitment and
involvement an employee has towards
their organization and its values.
An engaged employee is aware of
business context , and works with
colleagues to improve performance
within the job for the benefit of the
organization.

Passion ,innovation at work are some of
their traits.
Employees are highly motivated .
Focused and keen to take up challenges.
Problem solving attitudes.
 Concentrates more on the task rather than
goals and outcomes.
 An unproductive relationship with manager or
co workers exist.
 Putting in hours instead of energy
 Zero energy and passion towards the work.
 They sabotage project.
 Always complaining about the given
tasks.
 Lack of enthusiasm.
 Failure to take responsibility.
 Cause great damage to an organizations
functioning.
 They sow seeds of negativity at every
opportunities.
