An intelligent and industrious Teacher III applied as
Education Program Supervisor in the Schools Division
office. During the Open Ranking, his/her application was
rejected by the Promotional Board for the reason that his/her
trainings and seminars are not relevant to the position
he/she is applying for.
Your Administrative Assistant failed a lot of times in
passing for Civil Service Exam. He/She is almost giving up
and loses hope to have the Civil Service eligibility.
A teacher is not doing DLL and fails to submit
reports and school forms on time. In spite of giving
technical assistance, the teacher is still not doing
his/her tasks.
A teacher is having habitual
absences due to parental duties.

Work that involves communicating, negotiating, and

cooperation to get the job done quickly and well brings
out the best energies of the individual.
It is exciting, challenging and usually highly rewarding
as well.
An enormous amount of work must be standardized,
routinized, and made relatively unexciting in order to be
done efficiently and cost effectively.
Good organizations are always trying to structure the
work so as match the nature of the employee so as to
make the work as interesting and enjoyable as possible.
