Service Executive,09 Supervisor & sub contractor and local vendors.
• Responsible for all Rajasthan load incoming as well as outgoing ex Jaipur Hub as hub
controller.
• Service & coast analysis between Hub to DC & DC to Hub as well Hub to Hub.
• Responsible for Entire Cluster about all activity major analysis for performance.
• Responsible for give the on time Delivered of all shipments which arrived at Delivery Center
from accross India .
• Responsible for give best performance by cluster & motivate entire team for smooth operation
.
• Providing solutions to the costumer queries and problem.
• Coordination with Customer Service department to ensure on time delivery of all outbound
shipments.And follow up for non delivered shipments to get it delivered.
Conducted a training to GSA for proper handling the shipment and conducted the training

ROLE /RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Handling Shift of Hub as a shift in charge.
• Monitoring HUB operations and controlling 38 Ops.assitants,subcontractor and local vendors.
• Responsible for Entire North Zone Line haul operation and performance.
• Responsible for give the on time connectivity of all shipments which arrived at HUB center
accross India .
• Responsible for depart the routes on time ( Feeder & Line hauls ) .
• Providing solutions to the costumer queries and problem.
• Coordination with Customer Service department to ensure on time delivery of all outbound
shipments.And follow up for non delivered shipments to get it delivered.
Conducted a training to handlers for proper handling the material and conducted the training
programme to driver’s also.Warehousing and stock management and prepared distribution and
despatch plan unit wise to improve the service level.
