Job Profile:
Forward Logistics Activities:-
• Handling the 3pl Logistics and Line Haul Process.
• Good coordination with Courier partners and sometimes with Delivery folks regarding Delivery status.
• Managing the RTO and Deliver ratio.
• Preparing the Report on daily basis of shipments ageing & promise level & actual delivery TAT.
• Resolving all queries and concerns of buyers from the time their order is shipped, during the Shipment in-
transit to deliver to buyer.
• Handling Reconciliation disputes of cash on delivery amount with Finance & Reconciliation Team.
• Coordinate with respective vendors on daily basis for shipments Pick-Up & RTO-delivery by couriers.
• Responsible for clearance and processing of orders stuck in “Action Awaiting Queue” due to various reasons.
• Coordinate with the Order processing department to ensure if priority orders or orders with special shipping requests are
carried out.
Reverse Logistics Activities:-
• Well knowledge of reverse Logistics.
• Close follow-ups with courier partners for pending RTOs.
• Handling reverse- pickup logistics in case of damage/incorrect product or customer not satisfied scenarios.
• After arranging the reverse pickup, resolving the queries of customers like refund or replacement.
• Ensuring the completion of reverse-pickups timely and ensuring if RTOs are being received back from courier partners
within predefined TAT.
NDR Activities:-
• Looking NDR team who validates reasons against unsuccessful delivery attempts of courier partners and
ensuring.
• Empowering team and allocating/managing resources according to changing needs.
• Monitoring RTO / NDR.
Analytical Activities:-
2. • Deep analyzing of Daily/Weekly/Monthly shipment reports.
• Implementing and ensuing accurate PIN codes mapping and orders routing in systems.
• Analysis and deactivate non-performing courier locations/PIN codes and vice-versa.

• Key player of the team that consistently met objectives on all projects.
• Successfully driven our associated courier parteners with almost zero escalations and brought that up to a
set-up from just a start-up.
• Met given number of RTO rate and given target of delivery TAT for our associated courier partners.
