Professional Experience
Sales and Logistics Coordinator
National Industrial Gas Plants- Doha, Qatar (March 15, 2010- September 5, 2013)
I was part of the team that conduct research on refrigerant gases, Industrial gases, welding
equipments and materials, safety materials and customer requirements for PPEs (Personal
Protective equipment) in the local market, and come up with an excellent output that was applied
in our marketing strategies. I provide highly efficient quotations to customer inquiries, and was
also assigned to do physical inventories of our products in our warehouse (as part of
familiarization of the products) when needed especially if we have a bulk orders from our valued
customers. I also do regular visits to our respected customers in order to update them of our new
products as well as building an exceptional customer relationship; I efficiently coordinate with
customers through phone calls, emails, and going in their office personally if needed to discuss
their concerns, or suggestions, and with our delivery in-charge regarding on product delivery
schedules. And at times that there is an issue or problem with customers or with our
products, I actively participate as being part of the front lines of our company National
Industrial Gas Plants (NIGP). Overall, I am so thankful to my pervious organization (NIGP) for
giving the chance to work and develop myself to a more competitive individual.
Production Crew Leader
Freemont Foods Corporation-Jollibee Pacific Mall (Legazpi) (November 2002 - April 2003)
As a Production crew leader, my job is to guide the members of our production team, and give
instructions to crew members on the amount of products to be out from the production area, I
provided reliable suggestions to the store supervisor on some critical scenarios faced by crew
members in the production area like giving production crews a token/extra meal if we reach the
target on that time, and thankfully they accept it. I guide production crew members to finish the
requested product in a timely manner.
Production Crew
Verde Foods Incorporated- Greenwich Pacific Mall (Legazpi) (April 2002 – October 2002)
A production crew in Dispatch area is a challenging job because you are the one who is operating
the oven for pizzas and other products that comes out very hot. During my stay in Greenwich, I
was also assigned at the pizza- making station; from there I’ve learned the importance of making
the order (pizzas) in a timely manner so that one will not cram for the next order. When it comes
to the amount of products to be prepared, I report directly to the store supervisor. Working in a
food chains makes an individual more responsible and gain more self-confidence and builds extra
ordinary traits on how to communicate well to others.
