physically around the country. One of the main benefits is that the

programme was a bank initiative to simplify the complex Payments
architecture. This was a Release based programme which delivered 3
new applications in the payments architecture. Objective of the
programme was to simplify the future changes in Payments by
introducing a Transaction Management Hub (TMH) which will be the
central hub for all Payments Schemes and will reduce the point to point
connections between the Payments applications. Total 8 releases have
been implemented in live who have implemented Transaction
Management Hub across different payment schemes like Faster
Payments, International Payments, BACS & CHAPS Payments.

Project Detail: Lloyds Bank is one the biggest banks in UK. STP is a central gateway for
all the Faster Payments & BACS payments coming in and going outside
Lloyds. STP processes/filters and stores all the inbound & outbound
payments. STP processes both the 3 day batch payments & faster
payments. My role was to manage the testing delivery of all the projects
impacting STP and providing STP support to projects for their SIT & route
to live. Supported a number of critical programmes like Integration of
LTSB & HBOS, SEPA compliance projects like SEPA DD, SEPA PSD and
Divestment of Verde bank.
Responsibility: As an Onshore Test Manager
• Preparing the Master Test Plan and maintaining the MPP (Project
plan).

i.e Vision plus with the other downstream systems used by the end users
and also internal bank customers.

of the FedEx. The goal is to provide the users a friendly and accurate
interface of the services provided by the FedEx. The GUI’s project include
the interfaces like Earned Discount tool, FedEx
Discount Detail tool, FedEx Billing Online, Message centre, Revenue Data
Access, Error Correction GUI’s, Table Maintenance, Controls etc. GUI’s
testing included validation of results displayed on GUI with the result of
queries/stored procedures fired against the database on the UNIX
/Mainframe platforms.
Responsibility: As a Team Lead, also worked as an onsite coordinator for the transition
and testing of GUI’s at the client office in Orlando, Florida.
