The Implementation of PEGA (MPSO) will provide CIBC frontlines the capability to complete sales and origination processes across multiple products and services using one system. It will improve CIBC’s ability to identify and meet client’s needs.It can sell multiple products of deposits accounts , credit cards , Loan , Overdraft.
