2. Responsibilities:
WellView
•• Currently reporting to the Team Leader of exploration and production data management division and leading a
team of 4 resources for providing Information Management solutions for the Field Development Group
•• Accountable to lead the team to ensure that all data related to Drilling & Workover operations, Downhole
facilities, Pump inspection are accurately recorded within the MasterView database. Also ensuring that the
respective data classes are coherently integrated with other databases to represent the complete Well Life Cycle
•• Responsible to provide official analytical reports to the client for the related data, implement new data classes to
the Masterview database and provide useful reports to end users
•• Upgrade from WV 9.0 to WV 10.1. Providing end user training and DBA training for WV 10.1
Back Allocation
•• Lead and perform monthly back allocation process for all Oil, Water, Gas producer wells
•• Apply daily/weekly/monthly Allocation factors to the theoretical production for all wells across Joint Operations
and provide the JO Management with accurate production details
•• Perform Pressure Maintenance Plant Forward Allocation process to all the Water Injection Wells
•• Accountable for finalizing/authorizing the rollout of Monthly Production Report & Water Management Report
for the Ministry of Kuwait to establish the annual Joint Operation Production

Well Test Data & Workflow Management
•• Delegate Well Test requests to contractors and perform Quality Check on their work
•• Create workflows between Asset Management Team, Production Operations and Contractors to achieve a
smooth and consistent data flow for all
•• Responsible to represent EPDM division as an active member of the Well Test Committee to discuss the progress
and quality of contractor behaviour and work schedule

Well / Surface Facility Preservation
•• A unique experience and knowledge in preservation of all Wafra Joint Operations assets during the shutdown
mode. Team leader in providing up-to-date information for the Well Preservation Team helping them analysis the
current situation of all the wells and formulate the best action to be taken for keeping the well preserved and
ready to start production.
In-House Application Development
•• Work as Project Manager for application development like – Welltest Application, Rigless Application, Pump
Optimization Application Well Header Application, Clamp Application, Well Completion Tracker Application
•• Coordinate with the Asset Management Team, Production Operations Team, Workover/Drilling Team and
collate requirements for developing the in-house application (PowerBuilder)
•• Identify the scope of projects and determine the goals & advantages of building the in-house application
•• Lead the Developer and DBA to ensure that the application and database is accurate and flexible to enhance in
the future (with ease)
Business Development:
•• Coordinate with the Joint Operation Divisions Head to identify new projects and softwares to implement

achieving accurate and useful information for the end users
Team Management

are tested in a timely fashion
•• Successfully implemented WellView in Joint Operations Wafra and integrated other databases such as Finder,
Avocet, OpenWorks with the WellView database
•• Generated the detailed Wellbore Schematics for all wells in the Wafra Oil Field with all the deviated sections and
the downhole equipment and properties which will be shown to the end user via various applications such as
Webfocus and OFM
•• Efficiently led the team that accomplished 1800 wellbore diagrams based on the historical records and new
surveys taken, which resulted in saving a huge amount of time for the respective divisions to find out what is in
the well
•• Successfully streamlined the Back Allocation Process, ensuring that all WellTests, Uptimes for wells, New
Completions have been loaded in the database accurately. This significantly reduced the process completion time
(from several weeks to just 2 days)
•• Developed the QC process which signals the responsible bodies by scheduled for the data discrepancy and
completeness. It uses Metadata to follow up the discipline of information management techniques, thereby
assisting the Joint Operations Corporation to get the most accurate and relevant data at the tip of their fingers
•• Preserved 84% of Joint Operation Wafra oil. More than 1000 wells preserved and are ready to be put online.
