Responsibilities: Managed end to end execution of project involving selection of EPCM vendors, appointment of civil,
mechanical & electrical contractors and global & local procurement.
Title: Galaxy Project
Value: $ 3.27 Million
Scope: The project involved relocation of approx. 66000 Sq. Ft. Head Office to Thane
Responsibilities: Coordinated with the PMC, reviewed bids/tenders, awarded contracts for entire facility including civil,
electrical, interior, HVAC & IT works.
Outcome: Received appreciation for completion of project within budget and 2 months ahead of schedule.
Title: Nagda Augmentation
Value: $ 4.36 Million
Responsibilities: Identified & developed vendors for procurement for WWTP (Waste Water Treatment Plant, Zero
Liquid Discharge) from GE, RO Plant from ROCHEM and Incinerator from DURR.
