including Distribution and Power Transformers, Switchgear, Network General Equipment and
Overhead & Underground Mains Accessories.

Supported an aged care sector client in NSW to develop category strategies for Waste
Management, Flooring, Allied Health Agencies and Fleet Management.
Supported a major mining company in PNG to improve contracting processes and conclude major
contracts for a range of goods and service categories over a 6-month period.
Redesigned supply chain processes and implemented performance measures and KPI’s for a
mining equipment parts supplier over a 3-month period.
Developed contracting process and procedures, trained procurement staff and assisted with
reducing backlog of contracts for major QLD Coal mine operation over a 6-month period. Worked with
legal team to develop a suite of contract templates.
Filled Strategic Sourcing Specialist role for 2 mining operations in Central Queensland for 2-
