Resolved two concerns through QC story approach.
Special tool made and provided for Driver seat mounting nut tightening in new
model COMFY where there was least feasibility to perform that operation.
External closure cap provided to the Transaxle oil container to reduce the prone of
water entry in to the container while oil filling into engine which reduced rework
cost per veh about Rs. 135/-
Special tool made for checking the torque integrity on daily basis for a Specific joint
which turned non detectable into detectable.
Provided torque value for joints and deployed torque wrenches with desired set
value for ensuring proper tightening of two specific joints on veh which eliminated
the concern of loose mounting.
2. Active member in closure of “Rear grill unable to mount” through Mahindra Green
Belt (MGB) project
Changed the hardware of Rear grill mountings while launching new models
CHAMP,COMFY to eliminate the concern of mounting bolts unable to tighten which
was also cost saving of Rs. 2/- per veh compared with the previous hardware
Received appreciation from PU head for handling shifts effectively in the absence of
managers
