conversion cost per unit produced

effective roll-out of technical initiatives; such as re-designing & modifying the shafts of the gas operating valves
• Successfully designed & replaced the rubber rollers with Teflon rollers; and resolved a critical machine operation fault
• Escalated Overall Operating Efficiency (OEE) by 80% through measures such as re-designing of the counterweight of a conveyor
belt & arresting reverse-rotation of all the Centrifugal Blowers.
• Continuously improving the safety standards by designing and installing heavy duty chain lock; in counterweights of conveyor
belts; to eliminate probable human loss
• Accomplished successful installation of locally made Hardox Wear Resistant Liner Plates; instead of purchasing from original
supplier in Germany and was subsequently successful in achieving 75% process cost saving with enhanced production for plant.
