Professional Experience:
I have a total experience of 7.5 years in Automotive field by performing all technical activities for the execution of
various projects by fulfilling Customer requirements.
Currently am working as Program/Project Quality leader in “Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies” from past 2.5
years at Bangalore.
Earlier worked in “Fleetguard Filters Private Limited” for 1.5 years & 3.5 years in “Mann-Hummel Bosch filters Pvt ltd”.
 Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies Overview:
Faurecia, the world's sixth-largest automotive equipment supplier, is taking concrete steps to stay ahead of the curve.
It started production in Bangalore for Toyota in March 2004. It has been set up especially to manufacture Hot End, Cold
End and Instrument Panel Reinforcement Tubes for Toyota India. Faurecia is the supplier of emissions control solutions
for the following Toyota vehicles assembled in India: Etios, Liva, Innova, Fortuner and Corolla.

Responsible for the Program/Project developmental activities:
• Preparation of part Inspection standards for the Child parts development.
• Preparation & approval of CF concept & part Inspection standards for the Instrument panel reinforcement &
Exhaust assemblies to the Toyota.
• Checking fixture development for the child parts & final assembly part.
• Quality assurance schedule to monitor the quality activities for the execution of the projects to meet the
customer timeline.
• Part Evaluation plan for parts to ensure the Product quality.
• Developmental & Tuning activities of child part to achieve the customer derived accuracy.
• Plan, execute and monitor quality system for product from development until serial production.
• QRCI- Quick Response Continuous Improvement during parts development.

Roles for the monitoring the process quality & execution of the new projects
• Preparation of Quality plan for products and parts for both prototypes and series production.
• Conducting & monitoring of Inprocess inspection for the non-conformities.
• Plan, execute and monitor quality system for product from development until serial production.
• Closed loop handling of ISIR/PPAP to customers. (Preparation, submission & approval from Customer).
• Conducting of the internal Dock audits.
• Working in the Cross functional team for the execution of projects.

Special requirement of multigrade media i.e. melt blown technology.
As a CFT we had worked for this new requirement as per the product requirements. Review
& Quality check of the filters as per drawings.
Documentation as per customer PPAP requirement.
We had done functional testing for the release of the filter.
Co-ordinated with customer for understanding product requirements.
Submitted the PPAP as per the Customer requirement for the launch of the filter.
Customer: M+H, MANN & HUMMEL (Germany), BOSCH, Hero Honda
Project Title: BOS 1026, Her1000 (Air filter projects)
Description: Air filters Projects, (New process for the team)
Training undergone regarding air filters, as it is new process for us.
We had worked for the establishment of Air filter line.
Established acceptance criteria for the air filters.
Worked for the product release of air filter with support from Mann-Hummel (Germany).
Several phases of the product & system audit conducted for the establishment of the line.
Testing had done in the Germany plant for the qualification of filters, as testing facility is not
available in India.
Finally we had set-up the Air filter line to fulfill the product & customer requirements.
Achievements: Training undergone:
Flawless launch of FTRI – 70% to 95%. SPC (Statistical process control).
Self-certification of products – 100%. Problem solving using 7 QC tools.
Reduce PPM – 1500 PPM to 100 PPM. FMEA (Failure mode effect & analysis).
