Horeca Trade Marketing & Bussiness development Executive
• Dealt with Horeca outlets for distribution, merchadising, sales activation for BAT’s
porfolio brands such as: Dunhill, Kent, 555, Craven A…
• Worked in team with DSR (Direct Sales Representative) and TSE (Territory Sales
Executive) to make sure distributed outlets in best condition of on-going stocks, new products
stocking, and pre-empt or limit the penetration of competed brands into key distributed
outlets.
• Worked with Installation Team to make sure all the merchadising be installed properly at
distributed/branded outlets.
• Maintained the current distribution coverage and proactively expanded the potential new
outlets.
• Tracked the volume share, value share and switching rate among cigarette brands at
distributed outlets.
• Daily visited and checked the performance of BAT’s brands at distributed outlets for sales
volume, stock, competitors moving, consumers feedback, etc…
• The key role to handle all the brand activities at Horeca outlets as game activation, brand
ambassadors, PG activation for new launching product (new flavor, new packaging, limited
editions, new brands…), thematic campaigns or volume-driven activities. Work directly with
brand team, agency team and suppliers.
• Initially proposed tactical plan to adjust the spectacular issues at distributed outlets or to
achieve the sales target to be the champion trading team.
• Managed & Trained brand Ambasador (B.A) team to make trade activation activities .
• Recruited B.A and in charge of all the communications.
