of contract procurement management services for America’s warfighters. Served as a Senior DoD Official guiding and managing a
geographically disperse workforce of 380+ individuals across three states, and Mexico. Provided contract oversight for a mixed
portfolio of 9,500+ contracts valued at $39 billion.
• Achieved historic performance results improving 27 of 32 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) within one year, recognized as

networks, configuration management and all sustainment repair activities. Oversaw cost, schedule and performance for the execution

array of combat vehicle systems. Planned, developed, designed and managed embedded vehicle health management systems, and
oversaw horizontal integration of maintenance diagnostic architectures and designs across vehicle fleets.
• 22% increase in operational availability achieved by delivering the first onboard self-reporting embedded diagnostic and fault
isolating technology.
• $17 million saved annually by introducing a program that reduced operational downtime by as much as 14% while improving
onboard diagnostics.

Managed and executed a combined federal budget of more than $1.4 billion and led a team of 125 military, civilian and contractor
personnel. Coordinated and developed program requirements and schedules with DoD and senior contractor personnel.
• Partnered with industry leaders to rapidly develop a newer version of Reactive Armor, delivering the program on schedule and on
budget.
• Secured $65 million in funding and produced 9,000+ Armor kits after winning critical design approval passing both testing and
evaluation phases of a new program.
• Successfully managed the Bradley Fighting Vehicle OSD technology upgrade program through design, testing, milestone
approval, funding and production.
