Quality Plans and data deliverables, milestone reviews of quality requirements,
nonconformance reviews, corrective and preventive actions and metrics for assigned
systems. Also support production installation, checkout and selloff of assigned
systems.
· Assigned quality engineer on the following systems: F15 Radar, RF Systems, RF
Wiring, Electronic Warfare systems including electronics and antennas, electro optic
and infrared targeting systems, joint helmet mounted cueing system, armament control

Naval Air Systems Command | Crystal City, VA
· Responsible for the total design, development, operation and support of aircraft
training systems.
· Worked directly with flight simulators, incorporating terrain data, visual data and target
data using computer generated imagery. These were large scale integrated systems.
· Developed and defended budgets, developed specifications, Statements of Work and
analyzed contractor’s proposals for various projects using Gantt Charts, PERT Charts
and MS Project software.
· Managed the installation, testing, quality review and final acceptance of these
systems.
· Served as an Auditor on several major programs where I was responsible for certifying
