sequence of work, drawing plan, and a schedule.

· Acted as site Quality Control Manager, Site Safety and Health Officer, as well as simultaneously assisting the project
manager in all the duties required to successfully complete the project on time, within budget, with minimal rework, client
satisfaction, and no misconduct or safety issues.
· Project scope included improving workspace conditions, complete interior renovation, updated HVAC, Sprinkler,
Telecommunications, Fire Alarm, Mass Notification building systems.
· Security system enhancements such as a new Access Control (Lenel Reader) System and Intrusion Detection System (IDS).
· Improve space plans to support teaming and departmental relationships.
· Was instrumental in completion of Final Fire Inspection with NAVFAC FPE passed on the first attempt with zero comments.

· Assigned as QC/SSHO. Completed submittal reviews and scheduled subcontractors for new construction.
· Very intricate political project with heavy involvement from the owner’s customer (White House Staff)
· Maintained meeting minutes at SCIF Accreditation meetings with the CIA to discuss qualifications for TEMPEST
Certifications.
· Scope of work included (2) Sensitive Compartmental Information Facilities (SCIF) facilities requiring certification in the
duration of the construction of this project.
· Security system enhancements included the newest Lenel Access Control, Intrusion Detection System, Camera Video
Monitoring System, SPIR, and secure VTC.
· Project scope included renovation of suite with high end finishes, asbestos abatement, demolition, new interior partition
