Manager - Human Resources.

Talent Acquisition:
Identifying the best recruitment agencies for new hiring.
Working with department heads to identify openings or replacements.
Shortlisting the candidates based on JD and experience and interviewing them.
Arranging interviews with the department heads.
Issuing offer letters and appointment letters.

Training & Development:
Preparing training calendars based on employee training need analysis and on need basis
To identify Internal and Internal Trainers.
Coordination for Internal trainings for Employees.

Performance Management System:
KRA / Goal Setting Process.
Conduct PMS across all levels.
Ensure timely review and finalize performance ratings of all employees based on reviews.
Ensure Feedback /Communications are given to all employees on their performance, rating
and increment.
Ensure Increment letters are distributed to all employees before salary payout for the month.
Support and administer incentives rollout and payment.
Identify high performers (both for on-roll and off-roll team) and design career progression
plan and interventions to retain them.

Employee Engagement & Initiatives:
Meeting employees on a one on one as planned.
Council employees on their career plan /growth path within the organization.
Organize HR offsite programs for employees and conduct fun activities.
Handle employee Grievance as and when arises.
Formation and implementation of HR policies and processes within organization.
Ensure all employees follow the policies and procedures of the organization.
Issue warning letters to employees on performance or on disciplinary issues.
Handle Job abandonment cases and Exit cases with Full and Final settlement and relieving
letters.
HR Operations (SAP Knowledge):
Responsible for payroll process for both on roll and off roll employees.
Ensure all departments data for processing payroll is received in time.
Ensure salary is processed in time and salary slips are disbursed to all employees.
Ensure compliance after payroll is remitted to all governments.
Maintain comprehensive HR database on all employee related information’s.
Maintaining Turnover Sheet and preparing annual HR budget.
HRIS and MIS reporting (Headcount report, MP cost to Sales report, and payroll cost)
Administration (Human Resources)
Scrutinizing monthly telephone bills of eligible employees with reference to the policy.
Renewal of Medical Policies and administer them. All employees to get covered under this
Policy.
Supporting employees to get Cashless benefits & in medical claim process.
Ensure for arranging Joining Kit for all new Employees, mobiles & Sim Connections for eligible
employees.
A&B Associates Manpower Consultancy (Part-Time)
From May 2004 to September 2004, Designated as Executive - HR
Responsibilities Handled:
Collecting Job description and requirements from the clients.
Shortlisting Candidates.
Interviewing candidates by us for the first round.
Sending suitable profiles to the clients.
Arranging for interviews with the clients.
