I started working for my Dad, at Asia Food Market, when i was 12 years old. Being a 6th grader at the
time, I would go after school and perform simple tasks such as, sweeping, mopping, stocking items, and
greeting customers. I learned to operate the cash register and handle money, as well as performing the end
of day closing procedures. I am currently still working at Asia Food Market, but now I act as General
Manager and perform tasks such as taking inventory, purchasing from suppliers, receiving shipments of
new items, customer service, and managing employees.
