I graduated in November 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Louisiana Tech
University. Central Louisiana has been my home for my entire life. I have grown up in a family of retail
business owners; my father owns and operates A-1 Maytag Home Appliance Center in Alexandria as well
as Laundromats and car washes. I realize the importance of not only being able to relate to customers but
also providing quality customer service and the impact it has on building trust and maintaining clientele.
Though family experiences and previous work experience, working in sales in a local jewelry store and as
an admissions representative helping my students understand the value of education, this has provided me
with a background that has equipped me with understanding diverse groups, with the ability to help
people in a professional and welcoming manner. In addition, I learned through courses such as Technical
Writing, Entrepreneurship/New Ventures, Small Business Management,Business Finance, Accounting
courses and numerous marketing classes ways I can meet the needs of established clients as well as new
clients.
I am very interested in becoming a part of the team. My resume is attached. I will be glad to provide any

 Walks students through the Admissions process from making initial appointments,
interviewing, campus tours, and starting applications.
 Tracks all prospective student communication using a campus database; keeping record
of all calls, emails, and correspondents.
 Work with Director of Education to ensure the follow-up of dropped students to help the
student understand the importance of education, and re-enter them in school.
 Monitor student’s progression through programs to assure they remain on course from
