Environmental analysis is a strategic tool. It is a process to identify all the external and

assessing the level of threat or opportunity the factors might present.
2.1 PURPOSE OF ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS
Successful businesses adapt their internal environment including human and financial
resources, policies, technologies and operations to the external environment. The company
performs an environmental analysis to identify the potential influence of particular aspects of
the general and operating environments on business operations. This analysis identifies the
opportunities and threats in a business environment in terms of a company's strengths and
weaknesses. For example, a daycare center consider the impact of operating in a communist
country and the threats posed by government-controlled resources. The learning tree child
growth center might also consider the opportunities that they are the many schools that
provide the basic education but your learning tree child growth center would provide the basic
guidance for those children’s their mothers are professionals.

aspects of the industry to determine if they can make a profit selling goods and services in
the market. Analyzing economic factors, supply and demand, competitors, future
conditions and government regulations will help management decide whether to enter an
industry or invest money elsewhere. Day Care market research report is a comprehensive
guide to market size and growth prospects. Our industry reports offer strategic industry
analysis of the factors influencing companies, including new product developments,
economic, lifestyle and demographic influences, distribution and supply chain factors and
pricing issues. Full analysis accompanies our data forecasts to illustrate how the market
responds to emerging industry trends.
5. THE FUTURE OUTLOOK FOR DAYCARE BUSINESSES:
According to the daycare businesses will see some of the fastest employment growth out of
all industries through 2020.
This means that is the excellent time for opening a daycare center. An in-home daycare offers
the obvious perk of working from home and spending time with your children, but even if
you don’t have any little ones of your own, an in-home daycare can be a fun business for
anyone who loves kids. Working parents will always need someone to look after their
children, meaning a daycare business will never become obsolete.

The following are the Competitors of our business:
1. The educator day care & preschool child services

"low price leader" concept. The quality of our service will support the prices we charge.

16. EXIT STRATEGY:
An exit strategy is a means of leaving one's current situation, either after a predetermined
objective has been achieved, justifying premises or decision markers for any given operational
planning changed substantially, or as a strategy to mitigate imminent or possible failure. An
organization or individual without an exit strategy may be in a quagmire. At worst, an exit
strategy will save face; at best, an exit strategy will deliver an objective worth more than the cost
of continuing the execution of a previous plan considered "deemed to fail" by weight of the
present situation.
In entrepreneurship and strategic management an exit strategy or exit plan is a way to transition
the ownership of a company to another company (e.g. through a merger or acquisition) or to
investors (e.g. through an Initial public offering). Other types of exit strategy
include management buyouts or employee buyouts (common in the manufacturing industry).
Moreover, winding up a company or bankruptcy is also a type of exit strategy. Bringing on board
strategic or financial partners may also be considered a form of exit, albeit partial exit, as it may
help ensure succession and survival of the business.
Exit strategies are also used to ensure businesses are prepared for the termination of significant
contracts or other business relationships. "There are many reasons why contracts come to an end,
including non-performance by one or both parties, a significant change in the requirements of
either party, or that the contract has run its course. In almost all cases, having a well-developed
exit strategy is critical. The strategy is usually developed as the means by which to withdraw
from a working relationship with a supplier. It can incorporate the process of returning assets,
transferring back key employees and the conditions under which a relationship can terminate, for
example, the failure to meet service level agreements, changes in circumstances, and ethical
breaches".

The company performs an environmental analysis to identify the potential influence of particular aspects of the general and operating environments on business operations. This analysis identifies the opportunities and threats in a business environment in terms of a company's strengths and weaknesses. For example, a daycare center consider the impact of operating in a communist country and the threats posed by government-controlled resources. The learning tree child growth center might also consider the opportunities that they are the many schools that provide the basic education but your learning tree child growth center would provide the basic guidance for those children’s their mothers are professionals. 3 TWOS ANALYSIS: 3.1 THREATS: Size & number of same sector competitive increase Cost of living increase which courses the increase prices of equipment & maintenances fees. Awareness and scope is increase day by day. 3.2 WEAKNESS: Lack of professional and un-trained staff. INDUSTRY ANALYSIS: Industry analysis is a market strategy tool used by businesses to determine if they want to enter a product or service market. Company management must carefully analyze several aspects of the industry to determine if they can make a profit selling goods and services in the market. Analyzing economic factors, supply and demand, competitors, future conditions and government regulations will help management decide whether to enter an industry or invest money elsewhere. Day Care market research report is a comprehensive guide to market size and growth prospects. Our industry reports offer strategic industry analysis of the factors influencing companies, including new product developments, economic, lifestyle and demographic influences, distribution and supply chain factors and pricing issues. Full analysis accompanies our data forecasts to illustrate how the market responds to emerging industry trends. 5. THE FUTURE OUTLOOK FOR DAYCARE BUSINESSES: According to the daycare businesses will see some of the fastest employment growth out of all industries through 2020. This means that is the excellent time for opening a daycare center. An in-home daycare offers the obvious perk of working from home and spending time with your children, but even if you don’t have any little ones of your own, an in-home daycare can be a fun business for anyone who loves kids. Working parents will always need someone to look after their children, meaning a daycare business will never become obsolete.

The high rate of attrition in the child-care business is driven in large part by the fact that many caregivers focus almost exclusively on nurturing and caring for the children in their charge, must deal with administration and management issues if your business is going to survive. If you plan fast, that won't be hard. 7.1 DESCRIPTION OF COMPANY’S OPERATIONS: The learning tree child growth center 24 hour services Caring for children can be enjoyable and rewarding, but if you're taking care of other people's children and accepting compensation for it, then caring for children is a business and it needs to be managed accordingly. • 15. 16. EXIT STRATEGY: An exit strategy is a means of leaving one's current situation, either after a predetermined objective has been achieved, justifying premises or decision markers for any given operational planning changed substantially, or as a strategy to mitigate imminent or possible failure. An organization or individual without an exit strategy may be in a quagmire. At worst, an exit strategy will save face; at best, an exit strategy will deliver an objective worth more than the cost of continuing the execution of a previous plan considered "deemed to fail" by weight of the present situation. In entrepreneurship and strategic management an exit strategy or exit plan is a way to transition the ownership of a company to another company (e.g. through a merger or acquisition) or to investors (e.g. through an Initial public offering). Other types of exit strategy include management buyouts or employee buyouts (common in the manufacturing industry). Moreover, winding up a company or bankruptcy is also a type of exit strategy. Bringing on board strategic or financial partners may also be considered a form of exit, albeit partial exit, as it may help ensure succession and survival of the business. Exit strategies are also used to ensure businesses are prepared for the termination of significant contracts or other business relationships. "There are many reasons why contracts come to an end, including non-performance by one or both parties, a significant change in the requirements of either party, or that the contract has run its course. In almost all cases, having a well-developed exit strategy is critical. The strategy is usually developed as the means by which to withdraw from a working relationship with a supplier. It can incorporate the process of returning assets, transferring back key employees and the conditions under which a relationship can terminate, for example, the failure to meet service level agreements, changes in circumstances, and ethical breaches".
