Brief Introduction: You must have always
heard about the word “Foundation” and how
important it is in every aspect of life. When a
child is growing up, family make sure that
he/she gets the right foundation by imbibing
moral values, ethics, etiquettes, appropriate
behaviour etc. in him/her. Such a good
foundation will make him ready for him/her to
cope up in difficult situations not only to
succeed but also to be happy. Likewise in SME
(Small and Medium Enterprises) foundation
plays major role. Analogically the Business's
foundation is neither visible nor tangible and
can only be assessed using the thinking
processes. Learning about a Business's
foundation can provide great insights to
achieve sustainable profitable growth for
transitioning to a LARGE ENTERPRISE.
Main Contents: Economy is all about making the most effective use of the scarce
resources to meet a demand.
 The first part of the program is an assessment of the degree of scarcity of the 10 resources
needed for your business.
 The core competencies of your business are then identified and assessed.
 The relative ranking your business in the market for each of your customer’s decision factors
is the next part.
 The understanding of your market in depth for creating value innovation follows next.
 Finally, based on these four assessments, the focus areas are then identified for achieving
sustainable profitable growth through value innovation.
