AT&T Sales Executive 2 IRU 2015-Present
Responsible for building relationships and creating marketing plan reviews for multiple business segment
accounts including: Healthcare, Government/Education, Federal, Signature, Premier and Small Business to drive
awareness of additional employee benefits while gaining AT&T market share and customer satisfaction.
• Consult with companies and recommend the proper applications to promote AT&T benefits including
email blitz, digital monitor advertising, web banner (company intranet site), payroll stuffer and table
events.
• Collaborate and research with segment account managers to create a long term relationship with both the
internal and external customer.
• Work with leadership of local market distribution channels to create awareness of the Employee
Sponsorship Program during every interaction.
AT&T National Account Executive Indirect 2010-2015
Lead 19 National Retail partners including Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Microsoft, Radio Shack and Apple.
Responsibilities include sales growth, relationship building with District Managers / Store Managers, and increase
flow share.
• Drives Best in Class sales productivity in the southeast region (26 districts).
• Successfully developed motivational incentives to drive both an outstanding customer experience and
sales growth.
AT&T Retail Assistant Store Manager 2006-2010
Successfully held numerous retail positions inside AT&T organization including retail store management of the
southeast regions busiest retail store.
• Worked daily to coach direct reports to "Deliver an Outstanding Experience with Every Customer, Every
time!"
• Represented AT&T with on-site table events to help create awareness of AT&T offerings within large
companies and universities. (Lexmark, University of Kentucky, Morehead State University and others)
