2019 - present
Project Management
I managed remedial investigation project for a large abatement system (Neptune) to design and develop
products; establish maintenance processes for site team in China.
Supported Mechanical work packages delivery for Spectra abatement system. I managed a team of 5 outsourced
resources (GECIA) for various design related activities.
Key responsibilities
• Prepared and conducted design reviews (through out the lifecycle of the new product) to comply with EN
standards.
• Prepared technical reports and presentation for Project/Stakeholder Meetings
• Carried out design related activities (modelling and analysis) along with prototyping and lab tests

2. Led the design and development of various engineering prototype products: CNC Machined parts, Sheet metals,
Ancillary tyre parts, car aerodynamic structures, wind tunnel models etc.

Designed and developed an industry standard Ahmed Body with novel design features for Wind Tunnel tests by
insourcing major design element to be additive manufactured in-house thus reducing expensive tooling
requirement for the bespoke design. Previous engineering experience and strong 3D printing skills enabled me
to deliver the product with strict adherence to quality criteria. The final product was an amalgamation of a variety
of manufacturing processes viz. Sheetmetal, weldment as well as wood machining. The task was able to cut
down cost by a significant percent.
