We will assess your technical needs as
well as your corporate culture to save a

WRITTEN FEE AGREEMENTS
Our Recruiter will provide, in writing, our
fees and the terms of the search. This
provides you with the comfort of
knowing that there will be no surprises
as the search progresses.
EXTENSIVE
CANDIDATE SEARCH
After the visit, our Recruiter will share all
of the information with their direct
internal teams and begin the process of
identifying targeted candidates for
your opening.
QUALIFYING
PHONE INTERVIEW
After identifying potential candidates for
your opening, our Recruiter will perform
qualifying interviews to determine which
candidate(s) should be considered.
FIRST RECRUITER
IN-PERSON INTERVIEW
After qualifying a candidate, our
Recruiter will bring the candidate into the
office for an in-depth, in-person inter-
view and screening.
SECOND RECRUITER
IN-PERSON INTERVIEW
Once the candidate has completed their
first interview with us, they are intro-
duced to at least one other member of
TRAK Services’ team and often meet
with two to three additional members, to
further ensure the candidate’s qualifica-
tions meet your needs.

Our candidates’ typing and Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills
are completed on a customized testing
system. Candidates are also given

REFERENCE CHECKS
TRAK Services performs a minimum of
two supervisory reference checks per
candidate so that you do not waste time
interviewing a candidate that may not
be a fit for your position.
DEGREE VERIFICATION
TRAK Services verifies the highest degree
the candidate earned prior to submitting
the candidate to you. This helps to ensure
that they have the required education.
INTERVIEW BRIEFING
Our Recruiter will thoroughly brief the
candidate before the interview to be
sure they have an understanding of the
opportunity. In addition, they will brief
you on any of the candidate’s questions
or concerns to enable you to present
your opportunity.
IN-OFFICE INTERVIEWS
Our Recruiter will schedule a time with
you to conduct interviews in our office
with the top candidates. This process
allows you to see the candidates
back-to-back and choose the top one
or two for final interviews in your office.
DEBRIEFING
Our Recruiter will thoroughly debrief the
candidate and identify any concerns the
candidate may have, questions they
want to ask and how they rank your
opportunity versus others. They will then
relay this information to you and ask for
your corresponding perspective on the
candidate.
OFFER NEGOTIATION
Our Recruiter starts working on the offer
negotiation from the beginning of their
relationship with the candidate. This
allows them to present only candidates
that will accept an offer within the
compensation range you set.
BACKGROUND CHECK
(UPON REQUEST)
Upon your request, our Recruiter will
conduct a background check on the
candidate you have selected to hire. This
may include a credit check, criminal
background check, social security
number check, driving history or sex
offender registry.
DRUG TESTING
(UPON REQUEST)
Upon your request, our Recruiter will
arrange for a drug test on the candidate
you have selected to hire using one of
TRAK Services’ preferred vendors.
CANDIDATE GUARANTEE
TRAK Services provides a 90-day
guarantee on direct-hire candidates. We
offer a full replacement from days 1-90
to ensure the candidate is meeting all of
your needs. We offer a four-hour
working guarantee for all temporary
placements. If a temporary candidate is
not meeting expectations within the first
four hours, we will replace without
charge.
TRAK SERVICES RETENTION
PROGRAM
TRAK Services Recruiters follow a very
specific candidate follow up plan with a
number of touch points within the first
90 days of placement, which is contin-
ued throughout the candidate’s critical
first year of employment, to ensure any
issues are directly communicated to
you.
While there is no such thing as a zero-
risk hire, working with TRAK Services
can significantly reduce your risk, and
improve the quality of your hires!

We will assess your technical needs as well as your corporate culture to save a significant amount of time in the recruiting process. WRITTEN FEE AGREEMENTS Our Recruiter will provide, in writing, our fees and the terms of the search. This provides you with the comfort of knowing that there will be no surprises as the search progresses. EXTENSIVE CANDIDATE SEARCH After the visit, our Recruiter will share all of the information with their direct internal teams and begin the process of identifying targeted candidates for your opening. QUALIFYING PHONE INTERVIEW After identifying potential candidates for your opening, our Recruiter will perform qualifying interviews to determine which candidate(s) should be considered. FIRST RECRUITER IN-PERSON INTERVIEW After qualifying a candidate, our Recruiter will bring the candidate into the office for an in-depth, in-person inter- view and screening. SECOND RECRUITER IN-PERSON INTERVIEW Once the candidate has completed their first interview with us, they are intro- duced to at least one other member of TRAK Services’ team and often meet with two to three additional members, to further ensure the candidate’s qualifica- tions meet your needs. CANDIDATE MATCHING — TECHNICAL, PERSONALITY, CULTURAL Our Recruiter will not only evaluate the technical skills and experience, but also the cultural and personality fit between the candidate and your open position. INTERVIEW BRIEFING Our Recruiter will thoroughly brief the candidate before the interview to be sure they have an understanding of the opportunity. In addition, they will brief you on any of the candidate’s questions or concerns to enable you to present your opportunity. IN-OFFICE INTERVIEWS Our Recruiter will schedule a time with you to conduct interviews in our office with the top candidates. This process allows you to see the candidates back-to-back and choose the top one or two for final interviews in your office. DEBRIEFING Our Recruiter will thoroughly debrief the candidate and identify any concerns the candidate may have, questions they want to ask and how they rank your opportunity versus others. They will then relay this information to you and ask for your corresponding perspective on the candidate. OFFER NEGOTIATION Our Recruiter starts working on the offer negotiation from the beginning of their relationship with the candidate. This allows them to present only candidates that will accept an offer within the compensation range you set. BACKGROUND CHECK (UPON REQUEST) Upon your request, our Recruiter will conduct a background check on the candidate you have selected to hire. This may include a credit check, criminal background check, social security number check, driving history or sex offender registry. DRUG TESTING (UPON REQUEST) Upon your request, our Recruiter will arrange for a drug test on the candidate you have selected to hire using one of TRAK Services’ preferred vendors. CANDIDATE GUARANTEE TRAK Services provides a 90-day guarantee on direct-hire candidates. We offer a full replacement from days 1-90 to ensure the candidate is meeting all of your needs. We offer a four-hour working guarantee for all temporary placements. If a temporary candidate is not meeting expectations within the first four hours, we will replace without charge.
