5. To start the search and selection process below given
steps would be followed to analyze the positions:-
Detailed Job description. (Specify required
qualification, experience, job responsibility, offered
salary etc. Provided facility confirmation. (Specify
Accommodation, transportation, Medical, visa and air
ticket details.)
Job location Environment, culture and living expenses
details.

6. MME will provide you few sample CVs a s per your
requirement to show you the quality data bank
which we maintain. Your positive feedback would
motivate us for further deal to move forward.
7. Based on your positive feedback and kind interest MME
will provide you our T&C for your kind consideration
along with draft copy of service agreement.
8. As on approval of given draft contract, the final copy of
service agreement would be provided to stamp and
Signature of the concerned authority.
9. As on receipt of the signed copy of contract agreement,
we shall start our screening process for given position.
We may screen their CVs from various sources as per
below given details -

10. After final screening approval by team leader,
Recruiters start interview to the selected CVs.
Interview start by Video/Telecom/Direct.
The email confirmation about the job details would be
delivered to the finalist for acknowledgement of their
candidature.
11. Final screened and selected resume would be delivered
in two resume format:-
First in Excel Resume
Second in Word for your convenience along with excel
sheet of summery
12. • The clients will provide us short listed candidate’s
name within 7 to 10 days max.
Further delay may lose the potential candidate’s
interest due to various factors and MME would not be
responsible for their acknowledgement after that.
13. Interview to the shortlisted candidates can be
conducted in any of form
Direct/Video/telecom based on your company policy.
Prior interview schedule would be provided for strong
follow up to make their presence at the time of
interview.
14. The interview result declaration would be honored
with one week itself.
MME would not be responsible for their availability
and interest after that.

16. Visa would be arranged by employer and rest stamping
and attestation procedure can be done by our visa
consultants with actual fee and nominal service
charges. (Details can be provided as per your
requirements.)
After getting visa in hand, the applicant will join there
as on approval joining date.
17. The invoice against recruitment services by MME
would be sent as on joining date and payment must get
released based on mutually agreed terms given on
service agreement.
