1. More than 2 years’ relevant professional experience as an office manager
Previous work experiences at middle-sized or multinational companies
Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment both in Budapest and foreign locations (the position may require travels to our other European offices ocassionally)
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
Ensuring a clean and tidy work environment in particular regarding the kitchen area and meeting rooms
Keeping contact with suppliers, arranging order and billing processes
Recording office expenditure and managing the office management budget
Managing individually his/her own daily work and office maintenance, developing and implementing new administrative and facility management systems and processes
Managing office space, equipment, and bookings of meeting rooms
Using a range of office software tools, including email, spreadsheets and databases
having responsibility and autonomy in your job
working in a dynamic, international team
thinking global and you have a passion for organization
Minimum 2 years’ of relevant professional experience (as an office manager, receptionist or other relevant fields)
Proficient MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong command of English and Hungarian (both written and verbal)
Good organizational skills and high attention to detail
Strong communications and interpersonal skills, ability to work with any levels of management
Can do attitude and ability to thrive in a busy atmosphere
