• Responsible for review of information and entering of data into Tharco’s Corrective Action Database;
in order to obtain information, works/communicates with departments ranging from internal issues to
sales to design to customer base, occasionally requires problem solving/investigative skills to determine
source of errors; compiles information and reports same to management staff.
• Account management, monitoring month to date report, reporting sales volume to Sales Reps. Reporting to
Customers shorts. (Plum Organics).
