 Managed newly awarded or source changed product with new contract suppliers to safeguard a
smooth transition using PPAP samples. Last project value was about 600K.
 Reviewed Engineering documents regarding First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) based on
AS9102 for customers like Rolls Royce (SABRE) & Parker Aerospace (P9112).

• Created and released Engineering Change Order (ECO/ECN) to update Bell Helicopter’s
Product Data Management (PDM) system for new and existing parts using ENOVIA for Rotor,
Drive system and electrical parts per Bell Procedure.
• Investigated, verified and validated Engineering Drawings and updated ENOVIA accordingly.
Formulated the Engineering Bill of Materials including complete parts list and Notes.
• Involvedin Bell 525 Relentlessprogram: Maintained and tracked drawings, Acceptance Test
Plans (ATP), Qualification test plans (QTP) and Qualification test reports (QTR) related, risk
management to over 200 various parts for FAA Flight Clearance.
• Compiled and disposed submittal response letters and surveillance reports from point of
contact engineers to vendors complying with database management protocols.
