I have been assigned to be a Sales Support Engineer
 Responsible for studying the technical specification of the tender or architectural drawings or the surveyed shaft of the
(elevators ,Escalators…)for New installation, preparing compliance statement
 Costing the units referring to the technical specifications required with respect to the Egyptian code of elevators & the
factory’s applied code (EN81, Korean code...) this includes full contact with elevator and escalator factories in case of non-
standard products & negotiating our target prices.
 Work with the sales engineers to produce sales proposals including technical product selection, quotation document and
costing.
 Reviewing and monitoring contract, Original tender, compliance statement list, technical variation order, client price offer,
technical specs, advanced payment bank guarantee, performance bond, other bonds, Purchase order, final approved technical
submittal approved drawings and finishes, order confirmation, Shipping documents, commercial invoice, bill of lading, packing
list, L/C opening documents, design, surveys, inspections and modernization projects for vertical transportation systems.
Including overseeing project organization, scheduling, coordination, deliverables, billing, and collections.
 Manage assigned projects to assure completion for multiple deadlines, milestones, etc. are provided on time, in a professional
manner, while meeting constantly changing priorities.

I have been assigned to be a Project control engineer
 Following up all projects under Installation outside Egypt. Also I have been assigned as a Project manager for National bank
helwan branch, to carry out & follow up Elevators Installation & progress till handing over to the client, beside my mentioned
below job.
My role starts from contract’s signature till Project’s handing over
 Reviewing the contracts and make a contract summary form defining our scope of work, payment terms, delivery &
Installation Period, No. of units, supplier, and technical specs.Etc.
 Reviewing the project costing sheet to know estimated hours for Installation, FHR and cost for each unit in the project From
Marbles, Local materials, scaffoldings and beams & Steel structure, etc...
 Knowing ex-work date and arrival date of material to support the required local materials ,tools, equipment, Scaffoldings, Civil
Works & Manpower
 reviewing installation progress report every month following up & controlling time, cost & quality for each project
 Reviewing Sub-contractor works after checking QC status for each unit , approve Percentage of completion and send to
finance dept. to give his payments according to his contract
 Having a monthly completion report for the handed over units and warranty Report
 Forecasting & Managing Installation plan monthly on yearly basis from No. of teams, Material’s arrival date, Dead line for
handing –over, No. of units, Quality reports, Payment terms according to actual updated site Progress, Time schedule ,&
planning for the other projects’ schedule
 Communicating& supporting Project Managers on their projects to track plans progress if there is an issue on cost, time
variance to determine the appropriate corrective actions for deviations;
 Maintaining positive supportive relationship with works colleagues, peers and supervisors;
 Support and implement Company mission, vision and values to Ensure Company’s superiority in its field.
