 Issue loaner badges to employees using RightCrowd or Lenel ID Credential Center software. Responsible
for documenting every loaner badges issued.
 Use Trouble Ticketing system to manage requests for site badge access for all cardholders on site.
Assign cardholders requested access levels upon approval using Lenel Area Access Manager.
 Issue Visitor and Vendor Badges to visitors to the site using the RightCrowd software.
 Monitor Lenel Alarm Monitoring program. Responsible for dispatching specialists to alarms, responding
to alarms, investigating the source of the alarms, and documenting any and all alarms and outcomes in
DAR.
 Monitor 25 Camera feeds at using Lenel Video Viewer. Dispatch Specialist to investigate any anomalies
or otherwise suspicious behavior or incidents.
 Patrol assigned post on foot to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activity, and ensure that
employees are complying with Client security standards.
 Responsible for reporting any security related hardware issue to VAR and clients Global Security
Operations center, and scheduling and working personally with VAR to correct any hardware issue.
 Investigate security related accidents/incidents, interview witnesses, complaints, and victims;
responsible for gathering physical evidence and preserving it for future use; completed reports and
followed up with management as needed.
 Responsible for ensuring that all employees on company property have proper company issued
identification.
 Work with Client directly to address any security related issue: assisted client with trouble ticket setup
and submission, pre-registering visitors, requests or information related to requesting access to other
floors.
 Give security presentation to new hires.
Security Supervisor, Duke’s Griddle N’ Grill, San Clemente, CA; March 2012 to July 2014.
 Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, disciplining, and scheduling security personnel.
 Develop procedures and policies for handling and removing unruly patrons should the need arise, create
and fill posts within establishment with security team to ensure the safety of the bar patrons, staff,
establishment property, and ensure that the bar operates within all ABC laws and regulations.
 Communicate with law enforcement as well as neighboring bar security teams to actively limit entry
of aggressive, unruly, or obviously intoxicated persons, and to help resolve conflicts that threaten the
safety and reputation of Duke’s, its patrons, and its staff.
