 Successfully implemented HP retail Go-to Market processes following
Compaq/HP merger and reduced handheld channel inventory from 13 to 6, thus
saving $2.7M over a period of 9 months while maintaining and Month-3 forecast
of 90% or better for the next 2.5 years.
 Created new supply chain capabilities and processes that allowed us to merge
two TV PL’s into one thus saving $4M in scrap exposure and simplifying our
communications with our channel partners.
 Developed a creative forecast and inventory strategy to support the HP/Apple
iPod relationship during the birth of digital music player business and explosive
growth period.
 Integrated supply planning processes & order management processes to better
align with manufacturing processes and customer needs by balancing costly TV
Finished Goods Inventory & uncertain demand. In doing so we were rated “Best
in Class” by Best Buy for achieving an On Time Delivery Rate of 92% for the year.
