Managed handheld, iPod, TV businesses ranging from $550M-$120M in revenue with
remote team responsible for go to market operations and supply demand matching &
planning activities in North American region. Each business experienced huge growth over
2-3 year period ~200% in both units and revenue. Regarded as strategic leader and highly
sought as a strategic growth partner with the experience to drive change, grow revenue
and optimize operations.
Successfully implemented HP retail Go-to Market processes following
Compaq/HP merger and reduced handheld channel inventory from 13 to 6, thus
saving $2.7M over a period of 9 months while maintaining and Month-3 forecast
of 90% or better for the next 2.5 years.
Created new supply chain capabilities and processes that allowed us to merge
two TV PL’s into one thus saving $4M in scrap exposure and simplifying our
communications with our channel partners.
Developed a creative forecast and inventory strategy to support the HP/Apple
iPod relationship during the birth of digital music player business and explosive
growth period.
Integrated supply planning processes & order management processes to better
align with manufacturing processes and customer needs by balancing costly TV
