Compaq/HP merger and reduced handheld channel inventory from 13 to 6, thus

 Created new supply chain capabilities and processes that allowed us to merge
two TV PL’s into one thus saving $4M in scrap exposure and simplifying our
communications with our channel partners.

iPod relationship during the birth of digital music player business and explosive

 Integrated supply planning processes & order management processes to better
align with manufacturing processes and customer needs by balancing costly TV
